Once there was a little girl. She lived by the Sea in the Land of the Fog. One day this girl learned to read. It must have been before the age of two, because the Teacher's funeral occurred on the date of her second birthday. She then recalls the day distinctly when, in school, the day came that it all came together in a rush and she could read once again. It was glorious!

Interesting I'm an Aries and had the same aspirations.

My mom was fragile too. I think people born in the 50's and 60's are fragile just because of how different things are now. I assume those who will be mid-20 somethings in a few years will think the same of us 80's and 90's kids.

My childhood wasn't that bad. I'm an only child, I got a lot of stuff (I didn't care about most of the stuff I had, is my point.) My parents are really strict so I grew up always having to defend my independence and my own right to privacy, but it was just the three of us so we are close. I moved a lot growing up, and never liked big groups or a lot of attention on me. Still don't, although I attract it.

I gave up once my children could drive because everything hurt too much.

I am just coming out of it now and it is very slow.

When in school, I was generally well-liked. I never cared about being "popular", but that crowd did usually like me - AT FIRST.

The problem came when I wouldn't go along with the stupid shyt they would do. The bullying especially!! I *hate* bullying with a passion! Although I appreciate being 'liked', I am an INDIVIDUAL first & foremost. I'll come to my own conclusions. I won't go along with total WRONGS when I know what is truly RIGHT.

So...some people did not like that about me. And they turned on me. Total pain in the ass! But I survived it! And I'm a much stronger person because of it.

I have Pluto conj Deja. IQ said that makes me not a bullied kind of person but maybe the kind of person who stands up to bullies, too.

Maybe, it is the cancer moon we both have. We feel what other people go through.

I think I'm very serious for an Aries too. It must be all the Saturn influence in my chart, or my tendency to think a lot.
