That brings us to a close with the very bottom two left on the list:Plantain & Thyme Plantain is the beesting plant. I always chew it up and put it on a beesting. It will draw the poison right out of me so immediately that I hardly knew there was a problem. Thyme. Yes, thyme. A good hot cup of Thyme tea feels so good to breathe in when I have a cold, I can't begin to tell you. Then to drink, ohh, so good. It is best when hot. I used to do an hour of Kundalini yoga a day but stopped with my garden and everything but I will go back. The breathing really helps! Thanks for you input, Ellyn! xx------------------

Three, Ami Anne.Oh, did you mean a bath with Wintergreen Rubbing Alcohol? I bet that would be soothing on a fevered brow. I know if you put a bit of the plain kind in water, it works really well with a washcloth. Only that it's like that darn pillow, it gets warm and you have to keep turning it over. Yes, I have three. Two girls and a boy. He graduated last year, and both of the girls will this year from their respective Schools. College, High School, and Eighth Grade. IP: Logged |

Ami Anne, I'm not three Geminis in one body like my youngest, have mercy!!!!!Alright, breathe slowly, count to ten. Hey, that's what you were asking about, ha! I was going to say breathing might help. Thyme tea is very simple. Do you have a tea ball? Stainless Steel is my favourite. I like about a tea (get it, tea; hehe)spoonful in the ball or mesh, and fill it with hot water. So good. So, Coffee: I meant to comment on that Kona thing in the last thread, cause I was given a gift of some when friends returned from Hawaii, and it was SO good! Ah. I bought some from the store down the road and blah. Not so much.

I have been reading up on garlic and it can kill H. Pylori which causes ulcers and even stomach cancer but anyway back to your uses of herbs.

Are you okay, honey?This is your thread and I don't want to hijack it. I realize that I hold my emotions in my stomach rather than say what I need to say. I do it out of fear of people's anger.
I let my stomach carry it all and that has kept me "safe" but I can't take it anymore. ------------------

My son is a Fireman. He graduated last year, took home two out of three prizes from his class, Iron Man being one of them. A perfect four point oh and made the Deans List. He used to be a Downhill Racer, won the Gold Medal for the year. Was a Carpenter until his Saturn Return. I supported him all the way, I wanted him to be happy in his vocation, and he just hated strapping those nail-bags on at the end. Service. IP: Logged |

My oldest daughter is an Artist. She is very sweet and sensitive; responsible. She works very hard and sometimes brings home straight A's. She goes way out of her way to get extra credit to keep her grades up. She has a job in the Cafeteria, so she will have something to put on her resume'. My youngest is my wild child. She has a very strong nature, she would be a great weight trainer. She drags in strays left, right and centre; out to save the animal world. Very vehement in her emotions, good heavy music, loves to wear black. I'm very proud of her. IP: Logged |

I do my garden, my website and trying to get my background singing good enough to do a professional job. That last one will bring my confidence back. I went into a terrible hole. I lost a child and I just gave up on life. The singing will force me to get my confidence back and that is why God gave it to me, I think.It is also showing me emotional blocks because singing is putting yourself out there, so you see your fears. ------------------
