I know Mercury went retrogade and I'm not sure anybody would hear my greetings . I'm starting to discover astrology for a little more than a year now and it really fascinates me. I'm really looking forward to learning and sharing with you all.

hi, do you think mercury retrograde has an effect in general on communication or it depends on the mercury in individual chart and the effect is less or more prominent accordingly.

Hi IndianGirl, I mentioned the Mercury retrogade as a joke. I think it affects us all in general but it would feel more personal for a person who have Mercury as an angle ruler or prominent in some way. My progressed Ascendant is in Gemini so I really feel its effect.

luckily for me it's not so. but in your case could you say how this plays out. Do your messages go unheard or mislaid or does it backfire in the form of arguments for instance?

I experienced a bit problem of internet connection so far but I don't attest it to that because it's an old problem anyway. What is personal for me is I found the quality of communication with a certain someone taken on an important level: the lack of it on his part makes me so frustrated and I started to complaint with him. It has never happened before. I sent him a lengthy email and that night I remembered Mercury has turned retrogade, bingo. Luckily it did not turn into a fight.
