Hiya.
I've been into Astrology for a few years now - self taught tho I'm a little frustrated with that. I want to do a foundational course and from there, to one day progress on to horary.
My interest in Astrology arose during a doomed marriage, in which I was led to believe that the emotional agony we were both living through, was all my fault.
Since then, I have left the marriage, and collected the charts of anyone I met with whom I sensed some sort of energetic movement with - gentle or hard aspected - to help me learn to pay attention to the experience of an aspect and to watch it play itself out.
It's been a terrific, incredible journey of making mistakes and in being mistaken - for some reason, I would always notice the difficult aspects AFTER they were already playing themselves out in my life (splat!) - just to teach me the lesson properly - how I could ever think that my Merc conj another persons'Saturn was EVER going to be an enjoyable ride, is beyond me!I've been lurking on these pages for some time now, and found your discussions here as being enlightening, entertaining, and sometimes with incomplete answers to my questions - which is why I have to speak up now, and join in.
Anyways, that'll do for the here and now introduction - I look forward to interacting with you all somewhere along the line.
Whenever I meet astrology people IRL, the 'getting to know you' conversation is never a matter of small talk - it's always charts on the table (and me scanning the synastry aspects, of course) - which is a little impractical in this circumstance, tho will be fun to do if and when the buzz arises.
