How have you felt about Venus SQUARE Venus...?....or any 'love/relationship' planet/asteroid, such as Juno, Pallas, Ceres Was it:

**powerful?
**useless?
**nothing to write home about?

Hmmm, let me think if I have that with anyone and i'll get back to you. I will say this now though, I love ALL Libra placements so I wouldn't mind a Libra Venus squaring my Cancer Venus. Now Aries, no thanks.------------------

Thought I could manage an Aquarius Venus Square my Scorpio Venus.Thought wrong. However, I have managed with a Leo Venus. We lasted for the longest time.  IP: Logged |

Well... I don't know if I understand the question properly, but I shared a Juno square Juno with my ex. It started with a big bang, continued with tears and desperation and ended with indiference. But tell you something... if I ever saw myself married with someone, it was him.  IP: Logged |

Aries vs Capricorn, that is.
and it wasn't about 'love' - it was about values, money, and the way each of us loved the other and needed to be loved back.

Idoszemonia: I totally subsrcibe to your lines. I also experienced JUNO square JUNO in Synastry in my last relationship - exactly as you descirbed it. My Taurus-Juno-cj.Ceres square his Aqua-Juno-cj.-Lilith. I have not reached the "indifference"-stage yet, I still feel angry, disappointed, aggravated and exhausted by all this - but it is improving every day;-( break-up was in spring 08)IP: Logged |

Alvarella, I think your feelings might have to do with his Lilith squaring your Juno. I had this aspect with my ex (his Lilith in Gemini opposes his Juno in Sagi, and both squared my Pisces Juno). I've experienced Lilith as a very hurtful factor in synastry. But it does get better in time, doesn't it? Hopefully your next relationship will be a lot more peaceful and happier!  IP: Logged |

my venus is square by sign(very wide orb at 13 degrees) to my partners and we are certainly different in our tastes but I wonder whether it comes down to being able to appreciate the differences,he is him and I am me and I can say that yes we are aware of our differences but we've both learned to value the different things we bring to the relationship,we actually laugh at each others quirks and if anything we are closer as a result of our honesty, IP: Logged |

Hi ISO again;-) - the BM-Lilith-factor - oh yes. In that Synastry I mentioned, it was also my own BM Lilith exactly cj. his Sun (orb: 0 dg). At the end of the day, I'd say: In that phase that guy and I met/crossed paths, it was just me who was more ready, willing and able for serious commitment. And he ... just had different questions/topics going on in his life.;-) After all, it was a huge nonsense, much illusion (and following desillusion) on both sides. Thanks for your kind words - no worry necessary though, my feelings are gone, still my brain is working a little bit on this, I must admit that - it comes in waves ... (with the last Mercury retrograde in October, for instance - and certainly during these x-mas/new year's days ... I am getting a bit sentimental now, haha. But this is silly, and I know, and it is kind of "abstract" that sentimentality...) Actually: A lot of things will change in my life soon, change of town included, and I am as optimistic and adventure-bound as you can image! ;-) These new adventures awaiting me wouldn't have been possible if I had clung to him and would have moved to him to his country (as we once had planned... about a year ago...). SO: In reality, I don't care about his or mine Lilith anymore.;-) In fact, I just met my former ex-boyfriend, whom I had shared a marriage-like relationship for nine years before. We split in 2004 and hadn't met in person for almost 4 years now. He went through a personal mess as well during the last 2 or 3 years. We met while Sun was trining my Juno and Venus ... and was sextiling his Juno, haha. And it was such a nice and warm and honest and REAL meeting - huh, I still feel so "embraced" by this. We both told the other that our relationship really had been a special one - without "flirting" or anything, we both had been very shy.;-) With this "nice" guy (former ey-boyfriend) -a Leo as well, like the nasty one - I also had my BM Lilith cj his Sun (orb: 2dg)! But my Juno trining his Mercury. On the other hand his Juno squaring my Mercury - but also trining my NN and sextiling my Venus.;-) IP: Logged | |
