I have this with my neighbor/mutual crush in my 10th. His moon was helpful to me in a 10th house capacity. He tried to help me achieve my goal + make money = make me happy. But I rejected it in a Neptunian fashion. We've been murky ever since.

He wanted me to get an easy job at his workplace. He's a project manager. I'd basically have bypassed all interviews, plus it is very close to both our homes. But he's my neighbor, we aren't even in a relationship and I didn't want to see him in a lower position work-wise everyday without even being his gf. That just seemed like giving him all the power (my Pluto mars square his moon). I wasn't cool with that.
