Because the effects of a new moon are fleeting. Now, if you've done some work, like looked for a job or place to live, this could manifest it, but it will not make you move out of the blue. I've done none of those things.

AC = Ascendant = First House Cusp = Cancer
DC = Descendant = Seventh House Cusp = Capricorn

When you quote something written by someone else, please provide the source.
Even though you've enclosed it in quotes, there are astrologers out there who've read, here on LL, quotes from their articles where the author/attribution has not been given. They contacted Randall, and had the "illegal" use of their intellectual property removed.
