its said that if ones planets falls in others 4th house, the house person may feel deep attachment towards the planet person.

But does ascendant also count in this? does any one has an experience of ascendant in others 4th house, or others ascendant in fourth house

Ive had a long term relationship with someone's ASC on my 4th house cusp, and I definitely felt very comfortable being myself with them.

yea i did, my asc conj their ic, one of my 1st thoughts when i met him: "so this is what home feels like"

Yes. His ascendant fell into my 4th, and my Venus fell into his 4th. It was like recognition. His words: I feel at home with you, like I've known you forever.

It was mutual.
