Hi guys..Transiting uranus square my moon till beginning of may 2008. I have a wide orb uranus sextile moon natally. Also sun mars and venus conjunct uranus..So uranus is an active planet in my chart.. But it was not a very good time for me so far and this transit will end on december 2009 My experiences till may: when uranus was in exact square,my ex boyfriend surprisingly left me... A week later, a friend of mine(we havent been together)said that he likes me and we started a relationship..It was a big surprise also..He has moon oppose uranus natally. Now I see, It was not a good idea to be more than friends with him.We broke up very very bad we never talk eachother since september,we see eachother(we've many mutual friends)we dont even say hello This happened when uranus retrogrades.. Now I have a boyfriend but interestingly he also has uranus square moon natally..We are good now.. but uranus turned direct and It will hit my moon soon..It may ruin my relationship AGAIN.. Plus I drink more and sleep a little.. In mid 90s uranus was squaring my libra stellium and It was hell either.. I know uranus energy, It is highly active in my chart..So why am I affected this much.. I feel nervous..I dont wanna loose my boyfriend.

Uranus by transit, progression and solar arc are all shake-ups tending towards the unpleasant in my personal experience. Even though I always liked the idea of change and have strong Uranian aspects (including Trine to the Sun) life has forced me to this conclusion. IP: Logged |

Hi Venusmars, I've had transiting Uranus squaring my moon since September 2007. It's definitely not easy, and I'm sorry to hear what a hard time you've been having. Being at the end of this transit, i can tell you that I learned a LOT about emotional independence, mainly through break ups, and failed attempts at relationships. In some ways I feel like Uranus was trying to teach me through NOT being in a relationship. I know you don't want to lose your boyfriend, and are scared, but if your relationship is strong, it won't break you guys up. If it's weak, Uranus will just bring the inevitable. Personally I think the most unnerving thing about Uranus is it's unexpected suddenness. It'll sneak up on you, and pull the rug out from under you, so you have to make sure you are prepared, and on sturdy ground with your own self. Try to maybe make your relationship more Uranian, spontaneous, and unusual...don't let it fall into a rut! Explore new things together, and do weird exciting things you wouldn't normally do. Don't be too dependent on him, or the relationship itself. This transit is about YOU becoming more independent. This IS possible to do while in a relationship, but if you start to lose yourself in him or use the relationship as a crutch, Uranus will pull it away and force you to stand on your own. Good luck! Bluemoon and GemGemGem Thanks for your replies..our relationship with my boyfriend is not so good since I first wrote this post..We are not seeing eachother for 8 days..Well what can I say?I guess I felt it..There is no ending speeches or no goodbyes so far, we had a little fight, well it is about ridiculous jealousy thing,we didn't yell at eachother but It was bad..I was the one who got jealous btw.. Im waiting for his call and I think hes waiting for me to call first..so Its over..
GEMGEMGEM You WROTE,
"In some ways I feel like Uranus was trying to teach me through NOT being in a relationship." SO strange, this is exactly how I feel.. I never got married (though I had couple of chances) and I am pretty independent but for a year and a half,I want to marry and have a baby..I never thought about it before, for me every relationship was a new adventure..how unlucky..I begin to think that marriage may be a good thing at last.. and now uranus dont let me Thank you both

I've got moon/uranus opp natally and up til passing 30 my love life was sooooooo erratic, it doesn't deny stability but you do need to keep your independence even if you get married, gem is right with what she's said, if you start to get emotionally enmeshed it'll cut you free, i think the big lesson here will be showing you how to keep your individuality at all times but especially if you're with someone on a personal level, frequent home moves are also possible under moon uranus transits IP: Logged |

Sorry, this is an old thread but I'm just going through this now. Saturn is conjunct my Moon and Uranus is starting to square. I've been in a location for 6 years and very abruptly decided to move due to being unhappy there. It's like the tide went out. But also, my career is changing and I have more work in my hometown area. So I'm actually moving back "home" to be closer to family, old stomping grounds, etc. I have been feeling extremely restless (Uranus is also opposite my Sun! lol) but I think the change is good. What I've noticed is a lot of sudden little trips and meetings that are dragging me everywhere on the road. My schedule has been erratic and I'm sure I come off rushed and hurried too. Kind of exhausting but I'm fairly Uranian and when you need to make a change, it gets the job done! ;} IP: Logged |

is your moon in water signs? Also, have you felt that you were being dragged to different places, before you made the big move? or after? IP: Logged |

I have had tUranus sq my moon in 5H. My life has been a complete upheaval but I don't know if I can put all of that on Uranus seeing as tPluto has been in my 5H and opposing Cancer planets in 11H + squaring himself. There have been days when I have actually thought I've gone insane but there is always an energy there to "catch me" as I fall but I don't what that energy/planet is. I have a core strength that is always present albeit deeply buried at times. IP: Logged |

I'm undergoing Uranus square to natal Moon, Uranus in the 9H and Moon on the cusp of the 12H. First instance, suddenly lost a job, but transiting Pluto near the 6H cusp opposed natal Moon at the same time. There was also friction with co-workers. Second instance correlated with a sudden break up of a relationship that was unexpected. The person has a natal Moon-Uranus opposition and was erratic and unpredictable. There was distancing on both sides. It was difficult to feel close to the person and we saw each other infrequently. But, I learned to be in the moment, not to have expectations, and I made a point not to ask him for anything because with his Saturn in Libra in the 7H, he's afraid of being overwhelmed by the needs of other people. This was a short term relationship that I see as another lesson in unconditional love. Uranus in its best sense is about freedom and liberation and the transit to the Moon would involve liberation from emotional patterns or habitual responses. A part of that has been relying or depending more on spiritual sources of support and continuity because relationships for the time being are unstable or subject to change. I have a water Moon which generally tends to have a hard time with Uranus transits, but it hasn't been for me. I have Uranus conjunct Moon natally. Without that aspect, I probably would have had a much harder time with the breakup and the unpredictability in my life at the moment. IP: Logged |

I am also experiencing this transit of Uranus square natal Moon. However, I cannot describe its effects as clearly as I would like because it is simultaneous with Pluto conjunct natal Moon.Peony brings up some good points which are on principle. Uranus square natal Moon breaks up stagnant routines of personal habit and home life so that more spontaneity can be rediscovered. Generally it involves sudden changes, sometimes involving experiences or reactions more extreme than usual. Its only a 2 year transit, but if your home life, relationships with mother, women, etc, are on solid ground there is no reason to expect them to be damaged. I have enjoyed good relationships and interaction/communication with my mother, wife and others in my home during this time. Uranus square natal Moon does test the nerves, however. So give your body/nervous system some good nerve supporting nutrition and add that to your new habits. Foods that contain electrolytes, lecithin, healthy fats, B-vitamins, etc, will help deal better with the stress. Some people may experience disturbances in the fluid balance of the body, such as dehydration. But it is better to think of that as not something that happened to you, but well, you just didn't drink enough water. Other fluid disturbances can include the plumbing in your home, water supply, etc. Fundamentally, biologically, Uranus square natal Moon can literally be 'changes brought to electrical flow through the circulation of blood/body fluids.' If you allow it to take place naturally and put it to positive use, it can be a part of growth. If you over-react to the changes/stress then you are the one creating the negative outcomes. Uranus also has a way of revealing bad habits and waking us up to feel freer inside. ------------------ Professional astrology - Expert rectification http://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/ Complete desriptions of all Rising Signs. celebrity examples: https://kannonmcafee.wordpress.com/rising-signs-2/ IP: Logged |

I would also add that these habits arre things that are not thrilling, not wonerful or exciting anymre. Uranus wants excitement. IP: Logged |

Aries 23 Degrees & Kannon, wow, thank you so much for these interpretations. I've been going through this transit since 2012, maybe late 2011, I think, and it's true that's been when things became shaky and unstable between me and others. Uranus is in my 7th house, affecting all of my relationships, and my Moon in the 4th house, conjunct some other planets and the IC. Transiting Pluto is on that as well. Uranus is definitely breaking me free from past habits and emotions about my childhood, family and the things that happened to me growing up. Pluto dug them up to help me work through the trauma as well so I can have healthier, satisfying relationships. At first I just couldn't understand why I suddenly kept taking everything so much to heart - I'd been super relaxed with people up to that point (as in completely dulled emotionally and so okay with pretty much anything). But of course I really wasn't that laidback, I hadn't healed any past traumas yet and Pluto decided it was time to bring them to surface, so I would finally deal and do something about it. This is all necessary and I'm working hard to get through it. Natally I have Uranus conjunct my IC and a loose Moon conjunct Uranus. IP: Logged |
