I just wanted to share this link - it's been very helpful.
At the bottom of the article there's also a whole bunch of links that lead to reading horary - very interesting!
http://www.astrologyweekly.com/forum/showthread.php?t=12782

So far I've learned that:
It seems that not all squares or oppositions mean 'no' in horary. If the planets are 'friendly', then it counts for something.

Also, apparently 7th house rules all types of relationships, romantic or otherwise. Period. 5th supposedly if you're looking for sex or children or creativity matters.

First aspects to the moon count a great deal and also talk about what the next result will be regarding the question.

I'm going to try and keep it simple for starters with horary, until more info is learned. Seems like the safest bet.

He is?!
I wouldn't be surprised at all, actually.
He seems like he'd have a good grasp of this kinda stuff.

Where the heck is he, anyway???

I like her rules, they really do make a lot of sense. However, one thing I am beginning to learn is that modern and traditional horary rules are very different. In modern rules, which archer girl is using, 7th is for romance (this is where most of my confusion comes from because I was asking horary questions and getting different answers from both modern and traditional horary astrologers but they wernt saying if they were moderns or traditionals), in traditional horary, 5th is for romance. I think this is why we keep coming up with different conclusions. I think good girl is really getting good at the horary charts. It appears that she is using modern rules. I use traditional rules. No one is wrong, it's just a prefernce thing. So now when I see people use the 7th for just romance, I know automatically that they are using modern rules.

I Going to learn both bug right now, I'm just focusing on traditional rules because that is what I was first exposed to. At first glance, I don't think either is better or worst than the other.

Virgo Asc 6˚& Mars 0˚
Gemini Sun 24˚
Libra Moon 14˚(conjunct Pluto 0˚ in 2nd house)
Gemini Mercury 25˚
Cancer Venus 29˚
And yes, i'm a guy!

Archer Girl was the one who told me that the moon was not void of course on the chart we did for MVM, but girlloveboy had said it was, and her husband did end up canceling.....
