No matter where I went today, I had men following me. They would stop whatever they were doing and just stare at me. I would ignore them and continue walking, but then they would follow me! The only place I was safe was the Women's bathroom.

I ended up buying a hat and sunglasses in order to disguise myself as I ran to my car.

I wonder if transit Pluto may be sensitizing your Neptune. Pluto will affect your Neptune (11th house) for a while. Could it make you more sensitive? Paranoid? In tune with others?

There's something deep and mystic about these planets together, so I wouldn't be surprised if you make soulful connections with others. Just watch out for mind games. Try and stay focused and grounded.

You would think that pluto transiting my neptune would make me more sensitive, but the weird thing, it has not. I haven't changed at all in terms of my intuition. The only effect of this transit (so far) is that it has made my future even more uncertain and I'm not sure about which path to take.

No, I'm not being paranoid. These men were only a few feet behind me. Obviously, when you're out in public, there will usually be someone a few feet behind you. However, the same men would follow me. I would change my direction frequently and I even went down the feminine hygiene aisle at a store to scare them off. They still followed me. Like I said, the only way I got rid of them (temporarily) was when I went to the women's bathroom. When I left, I assumed they would be gone and off doing their own shopping, but I was very wrong; again they followed me, staying very close to me. I wish I could've confronted them, but I have laryngitis right now, so I can't speak... I quickly ran outside (after buying my disguise... fortunately they didn't pay attention to what I bought) to get lost among the crowd, put on my disguise, quickly got into my car and drove off.

It might be the Mars, true. Also maybe Jupiter in 1st? What's it doing to the other planets? This along with Mars might make a big difference.
Especially if you've been feeling particularly good and optimistic - that can be sensed and would probably draw people to some exuberance you're projecting.
