Yes very high fertility i had that aspect very tight almost less than 1 degree with my ex and she could get pregnant very EASILY i recommend anyone who shares this aspect especially if its the guys mars conjunct girls moon "which was my case" to be extra careful if you do not want any babies IP: Logged |

I have cancer moon and my mars is scorpio . As mars is the reflection of the ideal partner in woamn's chart , I like a strong mars . Cancer mars is too mellow for me IP: Logged |

I had Moon conjunct Mars. I think it made being friends easy but I wasn't ever sexually attracted to him (I'm Mars). He was to me and it grew more evident as time went on, he even wanted to cheat on his girlfriend with me (winner!) before he moved (WINNING AGAIN). So, I guess it was pretty strong on his side? He was an Aries with Mars in Capricorn, so his Mars trined my Moon too. I always felt "meh," to "maybe" about him but never full-force OMG I HAVE TO HAVE YOU. In a situation like that I think the aspect presents itself in a "there's something sexy about you but I don't know what," underlying way. I have yet to experience in a WHAM! manner.IP: Logged |
