I was wondering what your experiences have been with Venus conjunct MC natally? I'm talking about in terms of relationships, not so much in terms of career.

I have it in my chart, and as of late, I'm thinking it has more of an effect on relationships and the people I attract than I was previously thinking... However, I also have Venus sextile Saturn, so it might be hard to distinguish.

Charming? You know, that is one characteristic I wouldn't think to attribute to Venus conjunct MC, but I guess it is true.

Lol at goody-goody. I agree with that actually. I've been called a goody goody since I was a kid, until I became an adult and then people started going out with me on my adventures and then they started calling me "wild and crazy." However, people who don't go out with me or who don't know me very well still assume that I'm a goody goody, which is funny to me, because I'm really not. I DO however, have well defined sense of right and wrong and there are boundaries I won't cross, but they are my own personal boundaries, not necessarily what is accepted by society.

Peacemaker? Yes. I am usually the one making peace between my friends, family, and other random people.

Doing well in relationships with authority or mentors? Eh. Actually, I work either really really well with people in authority or terribly with people in authority. I was baffled by one teacher when I was in grad school. She HATED me. (I wish I could say I didn't know why, but I do, and it was a dumb reason). She was the only one though, and this baffled me. Teachers have usually loved me. I've had other older people/mentors dislike me as well for being stubborn and questioning of their authority. However, a lot of this is probably due to the fact that I have Uranus and Jupiter in the 1st squaring my Venus MC conjunction, so I sometimes outrage their sense of what is "right."

The person who rules with an iron fist inside a velvet glove? Yes, that's exactly right for me. I don't budge on the important things, but I'm always polite and kind to the person I'm saying no to. lol.

Anyway, I guess I was kind of asking about the effect this aspect would have on the types of relationships one would attract into their life. Would the person attract relationships where their spouse was overly focused on their own career, or vice versa? Would this person attract people who are important in their career in some way? Would this person attract people with money easily?

Part of the reason I ask is because as of recently I HAVE been attracting these types of people. I know the astrology books all say that with this aspect the person is bound to attract these types of people, but in the past I never really believed it because I hadn't been attracting those types of men, though I always attracted ambitious men, even if they weren't yet where they wanted to be in their career. Now it seems that I'm attracting these men who are married to their career and/or their money. I really don't like it honestly, because most of them feel entitled to something and they think that because they have money or a good job or whatever that I will hand myself to them on a silver platter (which is NOT true).

I know part of this recent explosion of these types into my life has to do with the fact that the transiting Pluto has been trining my Venus/MC/Sun conjunction.

So I guess I was asking if other people with this aspect have had a similar problem at some point...
