As a Sag moon i'm generally optimistic and easy going and broad-minded in my outlook on life and how I deal with rough situations..but being content only happens when I have some essential things in my life. These things are absolutely a must for my emotional well-being.

#1 is exercise/fitness. If I work out regularly, I am the happiest person on earth. I feel amazing all the time and handle everything pretty well.

I read somewhere that Sag influenced people NEED physical activity to keep "balanced".

#2 is sex...or at LEAST enjoyable and close platonic relationships with the opposite sex. Not out of a need for men's attention..I have a close relationship with my dad and brother, and have a lot of guy friends. But I really enjoy the company of guys. And well, sex explains itself

Without these two things I'm miserable..what about you other Sag moons? What do you need to feel content and balanced?

exercise helps all people feel better I strongly advocate people getting off their tushies.

However it could affect you more

I'm not a saggy moon but, i can relate to both your needs.

In the words of my professor "The human body was made to move"

# 1 reading books on spirituality, psychic phenomena, past lives, astrology etc

# 2 spending time in nature and around animals

Sag Moon conj Neptune

P.S. working out is cool when I am a bit upset or just stressed but when I am really depressed I have absolutely no energy to exercise

Yeah..of course Sag moons can be depressed. Myself and my sister both..I am finally overcoming over a decade of it..and I see myself handling it the same way my sag moon sister does...I think there's always some type of optimism in us

I love music, can't live without it tbh. Listen to all kinds of music everyday, exploring. I tend to get miserable if I go a long time without the opportunity "sit down" and listen, or something else obstructing me doing what I really wanna do. I just got my beloved speakers set up again, and now I'm catching up all day long lol. My neighbours may be getting tired idk...

I don't usually exercise per se (probably because I dislike routines), but I like toiling over some work every once in a while. Doing something impulsive. Taking a mountain trip etc.

AMARANTHUS: Same with me! My Sag-Moon in 1st house - my Venus in 9th (Sag's house) - and my Jupiter (Sag's ruler) in Libra (also a "Venusian" touch of loving the fine/artistic things in life). MUSIC can make my day, I am collecting vinyl (oldfashioned!) and am quite discriminate with the style I prefer, really a collector's soul;-)

Apart from that: I need new horizons to conquer, new possibilities always - be it in smaller matters or lager ones. Starting a new love affair, starting a new job, planning a house move, or be it just a journey, facing some challenges ... even if all of that might seem "stressful" or "burdensome" to other people: I CRAVE challenges. The emotional fuel I am running on, as a Sag-Mooner, is "playing games" and exploring new frontiers, in various ways.;-) I feel depressed if I am asked to "sit still". I am not the sports-type though - more into dancing and/or mental roaming.

P.S.: And AUGENTIER: I agree to that point you made: "chattin' with the boys". Of course I also like Sex:;-) But apart from that, I find "talking about sex" with platonic male friends really delightful!!! I mean: more like an exchange between the sexes. I've got several male friends who speak very fanrkly about theier erotic experiences with me ... and ask me things like: "You as a woman: What do you think?" haha. And, the other around, I tell them my stories with men ... and ask them: "What do you think?" So, both sides are learning from each other - and these guys and me we burst into tears while laughing about our respective sexual emberrasments, hang-ups, highs and lows... I find that VERY entertaining and enlightening at the same time. (Most of the men I am close to, be it platonically or erotically, happen to be Leos, btw.)
