I know many Fire Sun ladies that lean both ways, and I think I'm one of them. Let's see, I know there is a lot of things in my chart that encourage this. Basically my chart is very Masculine and with lots of Fire: Leo Sun & Mercury in 9th house, Sagittarius Saturn, Uranus, and Ascendant in first house, and Aries Mars in 5th house. Plus I have a Uranus opposition Venus in Gemini in the 7th.

Another example I have is my Lesbian aunt Who has: Sagittarius Sun & Mars in 5th house, Leo Moon (1st) and Ascendant, and her Sun in the 5th squares Uranus in the 2nd house.

Another friend I have that leans both ways as well has Aries Sun in the 5th, Sagittarius Neptune in first and Sag. Ascendant.

Last but not least is my friend who doesn't have a fire Sun but she is a Pisces Sun, Aries Venus in the 8th house, and Capricorn Mars conjunct Uranus in Capricorn in the 5th house. Actually this friend also has a grand trine in water between her Sun, Moon and Pluto.

I haven't seen any posts before on this forum that include homosexuality so I thought I'd start one.

Hi, I'm not convinced that it's the fire signs that have anything to do with this.
I'd have to see the other charts, I think it's coincidental that their fire.
With this chart it is the venus conj neptune as first clue. Add to the fact that neptune rules the sex house and this is more so.

Why do you say venus conj. neptune indicates homosexuality? I know neptune makes things unclear, but if a person is sure of their homosexuality than there's nothing unclear about that! I guess that aspect would make the person very romantic and dreamy about love.

Uhhh the 2 main lesbos in my life are not fire Suns. One is a Cancer, the other is a Capricorn. The Capricorn is bisexual (Virgo Moon, Virgo Rising, Aqua Venus, Sag Mars). Her girlfriend is a Scorpio.

Now I, on the other hand, have Sagittarius predominant in my chart. I've experimented, and am attracted to females in the abstract but I DEFINITELY prefer peen in every day life lol.

Maybe it might have something to do with whether the person you are looking for is like you or not and if you are more masculine than feminine. My DSC is in Sagittarius, with Jupiter in the 11th. I'm looking for someone who is Sagittarian with Aquarius flavoring, much like myself. I have mainly masculine planets. My lesbian friend has mainly feminine planets and her DSC is in Pisces with Neptune in the 4th in Capricorn. All feminine signs/houses. This alone probably won't point to someone who is gay, but because her Venus and Mars are both in Sag and Aqua (signs that are known for liking unconventionality), she would probably be more open to the idea. She likes really feminine women.

I'm bisexual (pansexual?). I'm an Aries.

It seems this question is being applied to both bisexuals and homosexuals. Many of the responses mention lesbians, but I don't see the relevance.

I am interpreting "lean both ways" to assume bisexuality (or an attraction to both men and women... and transgender and intersex and genderqueer folks), not lesbianism.

My best friend also identifies as bisexual and she's a Leo.

As for my two closest lesbian friends, one is an Aquarius, the other is a Scorpio.

Somewhat interesting question. In my experience Leos tend to be quite conservative at heart, even if during their youth they may run a little on the wild side. I can see some dabbling in bisexual experiences but to see a disproportionate number being homosexual or bisexual (as opposed to other signs) is just something I would never have predicted.

I always thought air signs were supposed to be 'androgynous' particularly Gemini and Aquarius. I have seen a lot of change of sexual identity associated with these signs; heck change of any kind of identity really.

Uranus aspects to Venus can suggest homosexuality. Uranus hates the normal and if it flavors your tastes (Venus) then your tastes can be different from the norm. Mars also plays a role in homosexuality especially in women. But this post is not just about bisexuality its about straight on homosexuality. The chart I posted above is a full on Lesbian! I don't know what aspects would influence homosexuality in a man, any ideas?

im bicurious...my venus in cancer opposes my neptune in capricorn...and i have mars in aries in the first, my leo sun in the 6th or 5th sometimes depending on the chart type
