Transits don't initiate a move. Restlessness/ wanting to find a sense of "home" does.

My parents did not consult an astrologer when they moved provinces. My mother found a job in another province and wanted to return to the province of her birth.

If you feel like initiating change do so. The transit will align to the timing.

I don't feel myself moving from where I am staying-this despite trans Pluto going to opp the Ic. So no moving will occur.

But there will be Ic/Mc change. Since my little sister is giving birth to my mother's first grandchild, my Dad's retirement and soon after my mom's retirement. And then my imminent career change etc. These are the likely Plutonic changes.
