juno in partners eighth - expects native to realize full potential. Goads. Reacts prudishly to native's sexual openess. Embarrasses native. Restrictive physically. Keeps tight rein on mutual finances.

Sag - Want freedom for everyone, They enjoy gusbands who travel, either physically or mentally, into new cultures. They look for optimistic mavericks rather than men who offer comfort and security.

Hi vesta-sister,

would you mind explaining what a Libra Juno in the 12th house means for a woman, please? I could never understand that.

your juno in partners 3rd -
Restricts communications, Insists on proper forms of teaching and writting, Demands family acceptance of relationship. Makes native feel young-tied and cautious about making statements.

Juno in virgo - woman
Demand fairness according to their own codes of justice. They want mates who are clean and meticulously dressed. Theese women like husbands who have dependable but unassuming jobs like bookeeper or clerks. They prefer private, not public demonstrations of affection.

Juno in virgo - man
prefer wives who dress demurely in public and who are prudent about their handling of joint finances. Theese men function best with well organized women who have very practical ideas. Though even tempered it does not men that theese men are not sexually agressive.

juno in Libra - Seek harmony in relationships. Husbands who are intelligent and artistic add cheer to their lives. Theese women enjoy graceful dancing partners, well dressed gentlemen and plesant conversationalists more than sports oriented men. Physical grace is important to them.

Note: the houses were for overlay.

Your juno falls in their 12th you either add those advantages or create those problems for them. same if their juno fell in your 12th they would add or create those problems.

I can see this between me and my husband, in the overlay. But, for me it seems to be working out of the house behind so instead of seventh I am seeing the sixth.

You may not experience all of theese but they are some of the things you could experience. ( I am )

Alverella - I've wondered about Juno square Juno in synastry, esp when the conjunction works so well!!

Juno square Juno must really produce a strong energy - whether it's push and pull, or love and hate, I'm not sure. But I'm certain with this square, the two people feel a reaction.

MVM, I had the same deal, but found juno working out of the house behind for some odd reason. That house was exact ( spot on ). ( 0verlay )

Suede, sorry I didn't post the 12th last night.

12th - decieves in marital affairs, undermines self confidence by restricting inner development. Frowns upon unconventional modes of expression. concerned for mental and physical health.

I wanted to add that when juno in your own chart makes a square or opposition they can cause a disturbance in your chart regardless of the man you marry.

examples:
moon square juno - continuing irritation and problems from her mother about marriage. Rather critical of the husband about small details.

sun opp juno - Lack of communication or common interests for father and spouse who would have quite diffrent goals and philosophies. Disinterested in the husband's career and advancement.

The following is information about juno in the houses NATALLY - i would like to know synastrically also:

Juno in the Houses:

Juno in the 1st House: The 1st house is you, how you approach the world. Juno placed here can make being a partner the centerpiece of your life. Juno in the first house can also give you an air of innocence, something like a newborn child. This is especially true if Juno is within 10 degrees of the Ascendant and in the same sign.

Juno in the 2nd House: This is the house of money, possessions, and one's sense of self-worth. Marriage will likely bring an increase in the sense of self worth. They could also seek to get married to improve their sense of self worth, but of course that seldom works. In this case, they usually don't pick the best partner. They will tend to stay even in a bad marriage because divorce for them could be devastating. They could also marry for money or regard their marriage partner as a possession. On the other hand, they may literally be married to their possessions, spending most of their time accumulating more and more.

Juno in the 3rd House: Communication will tend to be an especially important here, and marriage or partnership will tend to improve the communications ability of anyone with this placement, especially if there are harmonious aspects to Juno (sextile and trine). Stressful aspects on the other hand (square and opposition) could indicate that the marriage can reduce communications ability.

Juno in the 4th House: This person can be married to their home. Juno in the 4th house can also indicate a need for a partner who is attached to the domestic environment. Another possibility is that you become more of a domestic type after marriage.

Juno in the 5th House: Marriage tends to improve creativity with this placement. The partner would also tend to be a creative person, or good with children, sports, games, and hobbies. If afflicted, watch out. They may act like a child themselves and want to play all the time instead of work.

Juno in the 6th House: This person can be married to their work. They are more likely to marry a co-worker! More often, though, Juno in the 6th house shows a need for a partner that one can work with. If there are stress aspects (the square or opposition, or the conjunction to a malefic) then partnership and work won't blend well. In that case, either you will try to turn the partner into a servant, or they will try to do the same to you. Strive for some equality here if you don't want the partnership to break up.

Juno in the 7th House: This simply increases the need for a marriage or partnership. Those things will tend to be the cornerstone of your life.

Juno in the 8th House: You need a Sex Machine for a partner. Since the 8th house rules the partner's possessions, well, they may regard you as a possession (especially if there are stress aspects). Marriage and partnership can also help you to reconstruct or transform yourself (whether you want to or not).

Juno in the 9th House: You need a partner with whom you can travel (long trips, not short ones) and "philosophize." The partner will tend to be someone born a great distance from you (even a foreigner) or from a totally different background.

Juno in the 10th House: This placement of Juno can indicate marriage to the career. More likely, it will show that the partner will help you in your career and social standing. If there are stressful aspects to Juno, the partner may "help" you whether you want them to or not. Or you may not like the partner, but you feel you cannot get a divorce because either your career or social standing will suffer.

Juno in the 11th House: Marriage to social activities is a possibility here. You could marry a friend, or become friends with the partner after marriage. The partner may be the one involved with organizations or social causes, or you could get involved with those things yourself after marriage.

Juno in the 12th House: Watch out for this one. There is an increased chance that the first marriage (or business) partner can do you in, or even be an enemy. More likely, it is you who are doing yourself in by getting attracted to the wrong person. This will be especially true if there are stressful aspects to Juno or to the ruler of the 7th house. It could also work out that the partner is really a nice person, but is restricted in some way and requires your constant help.

Oh Vesta, do you mean like working with the prior house? Like if I have it for the 8th, it's really for the 7th? because I feel the 7th house is more suited than the 8th.

I ment synastry. ( overlay )

So if your juno fell in his first house then you would either bring those advantages to him or the problems. and same for him if his juno fell in your first house.

The first house - Restricts. Criticizes appearance and dress ( your going to wear that? ) Makes native feel sloppy, inhibits openess.

Juno in Libra:
You seek harmony in you relationships. A mate should be intelligent and artistic and add cheer to your life. You enjoy a partner who will dance with you are welldressed and a gentleman. To be able to talk with him in a pleasant way is important for you. You like your man to be handsome. You like your partner to be your equal, where you both share the householdwork.

Juno in Fifth House:
Your man should be creative and have an individualistic strike. You like him to court you even though you have been married for 20 years - you still want it to feel like it is the first date.Casual affairs could be somewhat difficult for you, because you have a feeling of responsibility in the relationship. You like to share the spotlight with your mate and if you can show him of and be proud of him the better it is.

So my question is do you think maybe the house placement of juno holds more significance than the sign?

The 5th house is about dating and the 7th is about committed relationship. Therefore, I don't think the houses are more important, but the topic they cover is. Since the zodiac signs don't cover anything specific about relationships, this explains to me why you weren't especially attracted to Libra's because of your Juno placement. I would also take a look at your Juno's aspects with your partners and vice-versa for more information.
