I'm not good at this game at all but I think I see some strong Pisces. Even though I can't really see the eyes, I think I'm seeing some strong clear blue - not sure if it's dark blue or light blue, but there's some intensity with the eyes.

And some Taurus, only because of the necklace or chain so tight to the neck. I don't know which light or ASC is where, but I also vote for:

Pisces
Scorpio
Taurus
(Capricorn as wild card)

Now promise me you'll definitely post the answer at some point, FistOfLegend. Not to accuse you but sometimes people do this and then don't post the answer. Unless you're really doing this because you don't the answer. In that case...no sweat.

Yes, he does have really strong eyes. They were the first thing I noticed about him. He was sitting across from me in a large room, and they kind of hit me like a ton of bricks.
He seems kind of blunt to me. Not as in saying whatever he wants and possibly offending people. You just get a strong reaction from him at first sight and thereon.
Sorry if the picture doesn't reveal much. It's the only one I have.
And Geo, I have no idea about his birth placements.

I'm debating on a Pisces ascendant, Scorpio ascendant, or like you said, Taurus.
If his ascendant falls in Taurus, Pluto would possibly be opposing it, explaining why he gets such strong reactions from people.
By the way, he mostly wears black.

Yes, it's amazing that you can see the strength of his without even really seeing them. I can't really tell anything by his choosing to wear black and the reason is because he looks young, teenager young, and lots of teenagers go through phases of angst or rebellion or if he's into a certain kind of rock music, it could be the fashion, so it's hard to tell with that.

In my early twenties I went through a phase of wearing black because I was doing lots of theatre and also, as a jazz musician in the 80's, it was "hep" to wear black all the time.

But yeah, the Pisces and Taurus seem to jump out, huh!

he had libra rising v courteous, sweet and suddenly his pluto in 1st hits u hard in the first meeting cause they r v blunt and extremely self defensive....i mean extremely

True, but I don't know. I'm real good at picking up on people's energy, and something seems to be bothering him. Whenever I passed the guy, I felt a strange mixture of feelings coming from him. Secretiveness, intensity, withholding of something. Nothing I've ever felt from a kid around my age.
I mean, he might not like taking pictures, but his body language there spells to me it's a little more than angst.
