No it's aspected. It's not peregrine. Peregrine makes NO major aspects. Yours aspects the Sun by a square and sextiles the moon. Those are two major influences.

Peregrine makes no contact to anything. For instance: My sun in the 5th house makes no major aspects to any planets....but I've been called sunny and optimistic and highly enthusiastic (which is true).
