im not that good lara, im just begining to get a pattern of nearly correct guesses.i prefer guessing the element, which i suppose increases my chances of guessing the asc by alot. but i really think asc is personality, i think only the planets that conjunct an asc, or its ruler's aspects give the person perhaps some physical features, but this isn't consistent either. Taurus is 13 deg rising, sun is 22 deg libra, venus in virgo is square neptune and in a grand earth trine with moon in cappy and asc/chiron in taurus.IP: Logged |

I'm curious libralove why dopn't you think the asc affects looks? I think people can put too much inphasis on it, but it definately effects the looks somewhat I think. But I think people don't pay enough attention to planets conjuncting the sun and asc and sometimes moon. This can effect the appearance even more than the signs.IP: Logged |

i don't think it its ineffective completely, i just don't think its prominent. maybe sometimes, for some reason the asc can be prominent, and not at all in other times. its quite subjective. i just think at core, the asc is how we project our sun onto people. e.g. sun cancer will project who they are in a leoish way if there asc is leo, and there venus sign is the tool of doing this, and effects it slightly too i think. thats just my theory, not claiming its true, or anything.
