The past couple of eclipses have been touching (within a degree) some points in my chart. I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this...similar experiences maybe?

August 1, 2008 Solar Eclipse 9 deg 32 min Leo (also my birthday) - my sun is at 8 deg 54 min Leo

January 26, 2009 Solar Eclipse 6 deg 30 min Aquarius - Opposite my part of fortune (7 deg 28 min Leo)

February 9, 2009 Lunar Eclipse 21 deg 0 min Leo - my MC is at 20 deg 10 min Leo

I've wondered the same thing, the solar eclipse that happened on August 1st also conjunct my Sun in the 8th house as well (another 8 degree Leo Sun)!

Not sure what the effects are, I suppose my occult fascination and other things ruled by the 8th house have been on my mind more than usual. Eclipses can bring a crisis or an awareness of some sort up to the surface.
