just want friends for the sake of having lots of friends and being popular, rather than having close frinds? more like acquaintances? i know a girl with this and its like she flits around with friends, its like now u see her, now u dont. she has alot of people around her but none are very good friends. and sometimes its like she "uses" friends, or just wants friends to seem popular, she also chooses her friends by what they look like.

what else would cause this? cancer is in the 7th, jupiter in leo, shes a virgo asc, with sun in libra, conjunct venus in virgo, moon in cap and mars in gemini.

Well I've got Jupiter in the eleventh house conjunct moon 2 degrees apart in Libra.

And I certainly don't think I try to get a lot of friends to appear popular in the of as*hole way you're thinking. I'm not saying you're an as*hole for thinking it, I'm saying you think she's an as*hole.

i have jupiter in cancer, in the 11th.

maybe jupiter in leo, would want friends for popularity contest, etc.

my 11th cusp is either in gemini, or taurus. (i don't know which yet)

i prefer very good friends, which is what i currently have, but only a couple of them.

when i was younger, and much more extroverted, i had a lot of acquaintances as friends.

but i never made friends to use them, or to compete, or try and gain popularity.

i think the cusp of the house on the 11th deeply influences how the person will want to make friends.

well im not really sure if this is whats causing her friendship styles, thats why i asked this question. but she does come across as an A hole with her friends.

I have Jupiter in Leo but it's in the 8th house but I don't have a crowd following me but people, all types of people seem to come to me out of the blue and eventually I become friends with these people. I would certainly not be an arsehole to them but I do have my Leonine moods but thats about it.

Maybe it's the big dosage of fire cause her to be a bit snippy, Jupiter in Leo in the 11th house, seems like a gracious firecracker to me.

I have Jupiter in my 11th house of Cancer. I absolutely do not keep friends for the sake of being popular. I have 4 best friends and maybe 6 other really close freinds. That's it.

i got Rx jupiter in the 11th, ruled by aquarius. I got a tiny circle of true friends i absolutely trust with my life who know the real me and millions of acquantices and associates all over the city, in both high and low places.

Barack Obama has jupiter in the 11th ruled by aquarius too

I have Jupiter in Aries in my 11th. I have a group of close friends and we all treat each other like family members. I've known them since high school.

I don't think an air superficiality comes with this aspect.
