Topic: What does it mean when all angles in a synastry line up EXACTLY?

This new friend of mine (and friend of the guy I have a crush on) and I have an abundance of excellent contacts but little to no moon contacts. I assume we will make great associates/casual friends but I wonder about the significance of the angles lining up exactly. We have the same AC (obviously) and were born in the same year, but he is a Gemini (with an Aries Moon) so we were not born at or near the same day. I don't really understand the math of angles and I have seen other charts of Cap AC people whose AC was near mine but their MC/IC was not anywhere near mine, so I assume it has something to do with being born during the same year though I am not sure at all. So, I wonder if I would line up like this with every Capricorn AC at my AC degree that is born the year I was born? They would also have the same MC/IC? And either way, what is the significance of this in synastry? I know the angles are important... but how significant is EXACT line up/conjunction of ALL angles? IP: Logged |

It has to do with time of year, not year per se. Also place of birth.IP: Logged |

Well, he was born 4 months before me and although we both live in IL, I was born out East so it would be a big coincidence that he was born the same place as me and then moved out here too. I think he is born here in IL though. So, he was born in May and I was born in September and I think we were born at least 5 states apart.?
Does that mean it is even more of a weird/rare thing?

Thanks for that info. I've noticed I like people with the same AC, but I haven't noticed anyone with the same degree I don't think...I looked this up, I read this once before and liked it and I guess I remembered it. http://www.synastry.us/soulmate_indicators.asp This next site talks about a study without times first that found certain indicators most often and then below talks about their own research using the times and angles and says this:
Following our own research so far, there is an important signature that stands out for the moment and that points to a marriage:
* The Ascendant of one partner EXACTLY conjunct one of the angles (Ascendant, Descendant, MC or IC) of the other partner and/or
* The MC of one partner EXACTLY conjunct one of the angles (Ascendant, Descendant, MC or IC) of the other partner.
The more the conjunction is exact the better and if ALL the angles (Ascendant, Descendant, MC or IC) of one parter coincide with the angles (Ascendant, Descendant, MC or IC) of the other, Wooow woow!!

I'm not sure what it signifies but i can tell you that my mom shares the same angles (within 1 - 8 degree) with all of her kids. The closest being: Her AC/My IC = 1 degree
Her IC/My DC = 1 degree
Her DC/My MC = 1 degree
Her MC/My AC = 1 degree If you're talking about "exact" conjunction of angles (AC-AC/MC-MC), I have it with a friend of mine whom I trust very much. Our AC-AC/DC-DC are conjunct less than 3 degrees. There's also a 6 degree conjunction between our IC-IC/MC-MC, all in the same signs.

Thank you, yinyang. What you say helps because this guy is a very good friend of the man I have serious crush/flirtation going with and he is also a guy that one of my favorite girlfriends has a crush on so I was a little worried when I saw that. I've never felt anything for him other than he's great/cool/awesome from what I know of him but more in a "I hope we are great friends" and "I would be honored to support his goals and dreams" sort of way. Since we have no moon aspects to speak of I assume we would have no emotional connection whatsoever anyway, but we do have a mighty fine Mars/Venus trine that I worried could cause problems due to this EXACT conjunction of the angles. And I do mean EXACT. Exact degree, exact houses, exact signs, exact angles (AC/AC etc). Totally lined up, all 4. It was a little strange to see, which is why I'm begging for input!  Your response just helps me see that he is probably part of my soul family and my destiny... and more firmly confirms the suspicion I had since I met this group...  It is where I am meant to be.

I know this is an old one but HAD to comment because the man I’ve just started seeing who I was born 5 years before me, in a different country has both AC conjunct AC and IC conjunct IC. The conjunctions are about 1 degree apart!But what is a real coincidence, in regards to this post, is that I was born in Sept and he in May, just like the original author of this post! I love this post because my ex-partner and I had the angles at the same degree, same ascendant, sun conjunction sun and moon conjunction moon. We were 5 years apart, I could never find any information about it but basically we were full of creepy coincidences regarding our lives.The vertices are in conjunction because it depends on the ascendant, being close the vertices are close
