One needs to look at the whole chart. Besides Transiting Uranus squaring his natal Uranus-ascendant conjunction, Robert Wadlow also had transiting Saturn squaring his natal Venus, and his natal venus happens to be in his 12th house. There are other factors, but I don't want to get into them here, people start to freak out when you look at possible death aspects.

Back to the safer subject of height. If you look at Robert Wadlow's chart, he had a HUGE first house, ranging from 26 degree Aquarius to 13 degrees of Aries, which, in my observations, is something that tends to happen with very tall people, their first house usually spills over and covers way more than 30 degrees.
