This is the Virgo I have talked about it here.
Again, I don't know his birth time but maybe one of you astrology geniuses could guess.

Remember he is the very passive, flaky, irresponsible Virgo.

Now, would any of you know how to describe these rising signs?
Other than the physical characteristics, what would be the personality of these rising signs?

I just want to pinpoint it.

More things about him:

No tendency to gain weight.
His shoulders are broad, but not too broad like a body builder. They are between broad and narrow.
Fingers are long and thin but not skinny, more like average than sickly thin.
He has a long neck.

Lots of body hair...whew! But, isn't this a Serbian thing anyways?
He has lots of chest hair and also down under, also on his legs.
But..then, he only has 7 long hairs on his back, actually on his upper back and shoulders.

He gesticulates when he is walking.
But when we are talking, he just sits there.
Now, if he is really into it, he will use his hands, jerk his head and incline back and forward.
But, he is not touchy-feely. That is, his physical movements towards me are very mechanical and there is no gentleness in his hands.
For example, if he hugs me.... then he is rough with it. It is not in a mean way though.

But yes, he is very mechanical and dry-rough with his gestures, even with children. But, he is very good with them.
He is just not the most nurturing person in terms of words and physical contact. He is nurturing in other ways but let's just say that he does not have the cancer-like nurturing qualities.

He is conflict-avoidant.
He gets very sarcastic if you are trying to get serious with him. As in, he jokes around what you say and he is flaky and not too reliable…reminds me of a cancer ex.
Or some pisces I have met.

Tends to be very laidback and whatever when it comes to relationships.

Emotionally detached.
Very passionate about sex.

Lacks determination.

Impulsive, impatient...does not think before acting.

This is a person's opinion in another board:

"I'm gonna risk here, but I say any Sun-AC aspects are out of the question. So that means he's most likely not a Pisces or a Gemini Rising.

His profile is typical Aries, so that's why I'm inclined to think he is a Scorpio Rising with Mars squaring his AC, and conjunct his Saturn, to add the Capricorn influence, as well.

So I'd say his Rising is somewhere round 10 degrees Scorpio. Maybe the 11th degree. "

Plus this would put his Mars opposite his AC
which could also give it an Aries flavour.

I'm personally ruling out Pisces rising, as that would put his sun,moon in his 7th, which,
form your description of his, he does not behave like at all.
Neither does he look like a Pisces ascendant.

Try drawing up various AC charts and seeing where the planets, as well as the house rulers, fall. What fits? What doesn't? etc.

I'm going to stick to that aqua rising. Don't see Cappy rising. I have several friends with this, and I just don't see it here. He does have the Cappy mouth though I also see it as Aqua lips.
