I realized that I express myself the most confidently and feel most comfortable "being myself" at work. At all the jobs I've had (only a few, all food service or sales) I feel this way..I connect with my coworkers and all my best friends after high school have been made at work. It's not really that I ENJOY working these jobs, sometimes I hate it, but the way I act/interact with others at work is what I feel is my true self. At home I act completely different, in a way I don't feel is very "me".

Why would this be?

Here is my chart, I incuded my name asteroid because I found it interesting that it's the only thing that is in my 6th house (work,jobs). Any thoughts on this?

Because you have Uranus on the IC - you might feel a bit distant. Maybe any homely interactions are because you have IC ruler in the 2nd as well as your MC ruler in your 2nd. 2nd house is about your $ and possessions and what you value so you are able to express your ego (Sun) and homeliness (Ura) there. Also your house of service ruler, 6th house ruler of Mars is in the 5th, it allows you to express yourself in a creative and loving way if that makes sense. Jupiter in particular, the ruler of the 2nd, is in your 4th so it makes you feel at home.

Otherwise, DC ruler, how you relate to others, Venus is in the first, allowing you to maybe express or project a part of yourself.

I have the moon as the ruler of my ic and i feel most myself at home. I hate work.

Perhaps wherever Aries is in our chart is where we are the most assertive, too.

Like Aries is on my 11th and around my friends is where I feel the most comfortable asserting myself. I can be downright bossy to my friends.

haha your name asteroid is in the 6th! maybe cozz your 6HR Mars is in the 5th (self-expression) conj Jupiter (friends) and I also think your 2nd H stellium has to do with it too...

i wonder if Aries on the house cusp does have something to do with it, amowls. i wonder if others can confirm this with their charts..

I could have written what you have written, I'm also quite assertive at work and I tend to become friends with my co-workers, in fact I'm always considered THE team-member who makes the team work or rather who holds everything together. I have mars in the 6th and aries is on the cusp of my 11th house, so I guess one should look at the cusp ruler and where mars is placed in the chart.

well what if in your chart it doesn't show where aries is....Cancer rules 1-3rd house cusps, and Capricorn rules 7-9th house cusps...I dont' see it.
