Hey guys, I'm trying to figure out a chart for a friend, she has everything but can't remember the time of her birth and cannot get ahold of it.

So I'm trying to do a natal chart for her as a little present. I'll give some details below along with some scorpio aspects she does remember (I'm guessing from an old reading or whatever):

Born 30 Oct 1965, London England
Scorpio rising and moon, as well as two others she can't remember now.

If anyone can help that would be awesome. I know this is a really vague question and I'm toying around with times on my software, but I seem to be scratching my head about the moon rising.
