im definitely not emotional, i come accross a loof, no one believes my expressions of being sorry, or happy, or gratefull etc LOl.

how ever, when i am Very upset, i will cry (lol), and when im very angry, i will show it.
etc.

12 house cancer - afflicted moon. pluto in scorpio in the 4th - secretive emotionally?

moon opposition venus too..

i can show emotions though, but some one needs to get it out of me, i don't jsut 'show it' through talking.

lol i have liked a few people, i just don't come on here and talk about it, unless i wanna know something about them astrologically, in this case, i was personally convinced she was pisces moon, and starting to stay that way, but then sometimes i see what i think is aqua, but that could be else where in the chart. but i came on here and asked about it, coz i became unsure.

i have to say, having Pluto opposition sun in synastry, (me being the pluto) its soo interesting, lol well, i find it is.. it was accurate to the description i read on google. you really do see into that person and what they really are. this really makes it easy for my mars - pluto connection which is good for seeing the true motives of others very easily.

Aqua Moon. My husband has it. Two of my children have it. I have it in 11th house. So some experience there.

As Lara said - detached. To the point of seeming cold to others, even though I find Aqua Mooners to be very very warm and sensitive people. They look at things from an external point of view - like an outsider looking in - which, if someone needs some highly personal response, can seem detached, but it's trying to come from a point of truth, rather than letting someone believe something that may not be true or right for them. There is also a high need for a lot of personal space. A great need for space to process things mentally. And they need space to come and go as they need, without any pressure or demand. If they want to be with you, they will. Just don't take it personally that they need time to themselves. And that doesn't only mean, time away - it means, even when you're in the same room/space that they will switch off because they need that time inside themselves. They retreat into some inner space and it's quite sacred.

Also, I've heard people say things like Aqua Mooners, if they like you, they'll play games and pretend they don't. I've never experienced that. What you see is what you get - if they don't want anything to do with you, they will not have anything to do with you.

They care very very deeply, even if they don't show it. There is a lot happening underneath the surface - a real lot. And they don't display their negative feelings. Those are kept inside. I think Aqua Mooners do a great "poker face". They don't reveal much of what's happening inside, at all.

Well, that's me, and my experience and observations. Hope it helps you.

Oh I LOVE Aqua moons! I have a friend with this...he's Gemini sun and ascendant and Aqua moon. One of the kindest, warmest people I have EVER met. He might seem detached to others, but he's not really, just a good poker face. And they make excellent problem solvers. Put an Aqua moon in the middle of a mess with chaos and they'll point out EXACTLY what the problem is, somehow cutting past all the other rubbish. They're very 'clear-eyed'.

Thanks Lara. Actually, I just came from replying to your thread.

MVM - spot on. My son has Aqua Moon and exactly as you said, will walk into a situation and sit there and break it down, through all the crap and to the core. And he's only 9. He also has Aqua Sun as well as Moon - actually, he has 5 planets in Aqua. He's quite something.

Holy cow, PA....he's only 9 and he's doing this? God bless him, he sounds amazing! I really think we should get a bunch Aqua moons together into some kind of conference to solve world problems

Yeah MVM - he really is quite remarkable, my little man. As IQ said - he has no retrograde planets - "a pure soul". Quite the humanitarian, this kid.

Yes, great idea about getting together a group of Aqua Mooners. I love that. DarkDreamer has Aqua Moon too. That's a good start.

My Mom has an Aqua Moon. I wouldn't call her detached at all. She has a good way of being loopy (but she also is Pisces Sun/Rising), but I wouldn't call her detached. She takes an AVID interest in me, anyway. She's very doting.

As for the going out to dance thing, MOST girls like to go out dancing, especially if they're young. I'm a Libra Moon and I love going out dancing (and I love music, too, I get really into it when I'm just sitting in my room listening to it... doesn't make me a Pisces [although I have a Pisces Venus]). Speaking of which, my MOM likes to go out dancing and she has an Aqua Moon lol.

Moon signs are harder to tell imo. Though I have to ask, does she seem to emphasize EMOTIONALLY with people? Like does she seem to take in other people's pain and seems to feel it deeply? Do you think she is often depressed? I feel like Pisces Mooners are more prone to depression.

Im Pisces with Aqua moon, and it depends on what or who I am dealing with that determines how detached or aloof I will be. I can really be out of things and not even realize it. I have moon, venus, merc and rising in Aqua..The more emotional a person is or the situation the more I am detached or unemotional..

" She likes guys that can stimulate and interest her but if the start to invade her personal space she feels trapped"

Yeah thats me in a large way..

They are extremely observant! And love to be different. I woudln't say they are detached, depends on their Sun signs and other placements.

I would have to agree with MM that if someone is very emotional or manipulating, I will be even more detached.

My Mercury is in Scorpio, 12th house and can read people's motives pretty accurately, plus I can empathize, so I get in there deep. Staying detached is sometimes either for survival or to see a situation clearer, especially if it's really emotional.
