If not Scorpio, then Cancer ascendant. Without knowing the big three, I would have guessed two of the three were in water signs. He looks very cancerian to me, but the sex addiction part made me think scorpio/8th house.

at first i said aries, but now i really think you are onto something with libra. It could be that aries libra axis that drew me to say aries.

especially after browsing that link you posted Lara. he does have similar features, especially shape of the head, parts around the eyes etc.

so today i asked him what his time of birth was. He asked his mum and she said "around 10.30pm"

So interesting about Saturn rx in 12th causing sexual problems. The rest of his chart looks pretty nice, especially with sun and moon in their natural planets.

I suppose the saturn is a hidden sexual issue and this is exactly what happened. It was hidden for a decade.
