Oh, but I DO know the Taurus/Aries demanding of which you speak, Lara
Between my rising and moon and Mars, it's a good thing I have my Virgo sun as kind of like a referee

Emma, thanks....I'll keep that in mind. He's low maintenance and easy-going, but I can see the Leonine stuff pretty strongly in him at certain points. And he's completely blunt, but not calculating about it - it's a breath of fresh air, I gotta tell you.

taurean_scorpion: LOL. No worries I don't hurt unless you really hurt me.

sunshine_lion: I am the SCORPLION. The MAN. But, without a doubt, I can be your deeper friend who would share those secret stories. Now, don't ask my mother!

That Chiron has been Karmic. Some will quickly say that Sun/Moon Opp. Chiron is Depression, Loss of confidence, Sense of permanent damage, Cynicism etc. But, there hasn't been a single day in my life I have been Depressed. That demanding 5th house will power takes over chiron very rapidly.

Bouncing back with strong demand from self comes naturally this is the magic of the 5th House and that Jupiter in Leo squaring the 5th house adds the fury. I don't need that fake sympathy. I know exactly what I am doing. (let it be wrong, but i know it).

winky_winky: You said it right. It is the demand from self that makes Leo shine.

MVM: The man is 100% self demanding right now. Once the relationship grows, expect 100% demand of the relationship itself. 7th house is very demanding as the relationship grows. But, you shall find the support and relationship attention in return. Another thing, Virgo Sun helps understanding that ego as time unfolds. So, you will know how to appreciate him.

Lara: I thought you are late Aries ASC no?! You seem so much like a first house person. I am so glad you are the lady Taurus ;-) your body is very titillating.

I have never thought of Chiron as having anything to do with depression.

I believe Saturn is the planet that is associated with Depression....especially when involved in hard aspects (conjunction, opposition, square, semisquare, sesquiquadrate) as well as the quincunx, parallel, and contraparallel.....especially if Neptune is involved. Saturn-Neptune is known as the chronic illness configuration and associated with depression as well as things like fears, anxieties, phobias, insecurities

interestingly, vestibular(inner ear) disorders have been linked to anxiety, phobia, and depression.

Ray, I haven't studied Chiron as much but Liz Greene has been pretty negative about it. But, the following is SO WRONG for me.
http://www.astro.com/astrology/in_wounding_e.htm

From Liz Greene,

The Sun working against Chiron
-------------------------------

Depression
Loss of confidence
Sense of permanent damage
Cynicism
Expectation of failure
Sense of victimisation or scapegoating
Desire to victimise or scapegoat others
Projection of inferiority on others
Loss of the will to live

I don't agree with Liz Greene. I liked her books on Saturn and Neptune. I also liked her natal psychological report.

I strongly disagreed with her relationship report.....especially when it came to the male's relationship profile. I think she uses Saturn as the man's relationship profile, but that doesn't work. I believe that Sun fits more with the father. My experiences with my father were more Scorpio like including I never knew him. Scorpio is about mysteries and the unknown, and so my father was a mystery, unknown to me. The conjunctions of 2 kuiper belt objects, Ixion and Quaoar and opposition of kuiper belt object, Sedna, and contraparallel to a kuiper belt object Orcus altogether indicate that my father was very mysterious, unknown that I never knew him at all in my life.

I also disagree with her large orbs....especially for kuiper belt object Pluto. I am using smaller orbs with Pluto now...I am using no more than 3 degree orbs for Pluto just like I am using with the other kuiper belt objects. I strongly believe that what people are feeling as Pluto energy is energy from the other kuiper belt objects. I have very strong kuiper belt energy from other kuiper belt objects that make Pluto's energy almost a nonfactor in my chart...especially Sun conjunct Ixion with only 5 minutes of arc.

I don't take astrologers' words for gospel. That's why I don't even buy into Noel Tyl's views about how important the quindecile is that he even uses it with midpoints. I also don't buy into how other 24th harmonics are meaningless compared to the quindecile.

I also have my doubts about some things in Regular Mainstream Astrology after studying centaurs, kuiper belt objects, and Cosmobiology
as well as considering other coordinates like Right Ascension.
