Maybe nice transits to ruler of the 5th, 7th, 1st, etc?

I agree, Butterfly...Saturn was square my Venus and chart ruler a couple years ago and that really sucked.

Also I hear progressions are worth a look.
I have Sun conjunct Venus in my progressed chart right now but it's at 4 degrees. I hear it's supposed to kick in when it's closer to 1 degree.

Yes I presently have transiting saturn conj my natal venus, which is also my chart ruler, in my 5th. I'm alone for the first time in my life and I've actually benn half way ok with it. I'm normally a dependent, very romantic person. Libra sun with venus square neptune. It is a little scary being alone after so long of always being in some love affair, but at the same time I feel I have grown and matured somewhat. I'm no longer just going to settle for a man, I've raised my standards and I don't want to be involved with anyone who is not of good character. But what saturn touches it not only restricts and inhibits, but it makes you hunger for. And I am feeling that, wondering when I'm finally gonna meet THE ONE.

I think this is a really difficult question to answer. It really depends on your Natal venus, aspects it makes, and what your DC is. For example, if your venus is in capricorn, youre likely to meet someone during a boring transit, i feel. Saturn transits. etc.

Jupiter in the 5th or 7th, in good aspect to the ruler of these houses seems to work for me.
