In my progressed chart, I have:
Jupiter in the 1st house, conjunct Juno
Sun, Mars, Venus, Vertex, Adonis, and Amor in the 7th house
Moon, Mercury, Uranus, Pluto, Lust, and Valentine in the 8th house

Why am I having SO MUCH trouble with my love/sex life? By trouble, I mean that I am very aroused/attracted/frustrated, and while I get a lot of attention on the street, I can't get someone I am actually interested in to just grab me and kiss me.

Sorry for laughing!!! My Venus is in Virgo at 15* and I understand the feelings that Juno has! You poor thing!! No wonder you are feeling amorous and can't do anything about it!!! Venus conjunct your Vertex is driving those desires and powered up by the Juno opposition. But, (and this is what I find with my Virgo Venus), I just can't get it when I need it

Also transit Saturn is conjunct your Progressed Venus at the moment by 0*, slowing things down for you (making you think about what you want).

Progressed Mars in Libra can make one 'too polite' in asking for what one wants. Mars in Libra doesn't usually help the native to drive forward and grab the bull by the horns. It usually relies on being charming and sweet - that usually drawns them in - just don't let prudent Venus decide too much for you.

Transit Pluto is conjunct your Asc at the moment, too. It looks like Saturn and Pluto could be slowing things down for you at a time in your life when you want things to move along and fit right in. You're at a great age to enjoy what life has to offer. This wouldn't help your frustration - it almost doesn't feel fair. Let's ask ourselves what these transformative planets want you to do with yourself. It must be an internal change that is being sought. What do you want from a relationship? How will they effect the person you are growing into? Will they support your evolution? Or hinder it?

Your natal Venus in Cancer and Mars in Virgo could make you practical in seeking out relationships, but applying a different strategy with your Progressed chart may help.

Aaaaaghghghgh!!!! One problem is that with my Leo sun and natal 8th house solar stellium, I always want the very particular object of my lust--usually some charismatic musician or actor--and other men may as well be the wallpaper.

Maybe this Saturn-Pluto stuff is about transforming myself, rather than playing everything out with yet another Plutonian guy. But man am I frustrated.

My progressed Sun and Venus fall in my natal 8th house, with Venus conjunct my natal Mars at 1 degree. To me, that looks like I'd be more, rather than less, seductive than I was in the past. I mean, right? A Mars-Venus conjunction in my house of sex?

My progressed Moon, Mars, Merc, Pluto and Uranus fall in my natal 9th house, with the progressed moon square my natal Venus at 1 degree. My progressed Venus is sextile my natal Moon-Saturn (1 degree), and my progressed Mars is conjunct my natal Pluto (1 degree.) I don't know whether people look at the progressed-to-natal outer planets, since they move so slowly? My progessed Jupiter is trine my natal Moon and opposite my natal Mars (both at 0 degrees), and my progressed Saturn is trine my natal Jupiter at 1 degree.

I get a lot of attention and meet plenty of people I'm not attracted to who are interested--so I know it's not that I'm looking awful or that I'm unsexy to everyone--but I can't get the people I AM attracted to to make a move!!

It's building into quite a long dry spell.
