Ok I'm guilty of not paying much attention to asteroids except chiron which is prominent in my chart. But recently I've been reading up on my scorpio eros which I coincidently found out is also prominent, it's conj my 7th house angle, and I'm kinda shocked to realize the influence it seems to have on my personality. I mean the descriptions were right on. Does anyone else have eros that is noticable in their personality or sexuality?IP: Logged |

Im not into too many asteroids but the ones I do like are Juno, Eros, etc...my mars conj my eros, and i definitely feel it. Im very passionate person, and tend to get attention from the opposite sex. i have a lot of confidence generally.IP: Logged |

I have eros in taurus in my 8th house.
I used to be a nympho i dont know what happened, Now im over sex like alot of other girls lol

I have Eros in Virgo first house conjunct Ascendant and Saturn... Apparently I have a sexual air around me (according to my friends) and others always turn the conversation over to sex. Why I don't know.... I have an exact pluto mars conjunction in Libra first house so maybe that helps with the sextalk??? IP: Logged |

I have Eros in Pisces conjunct my SN. I thoroughly feel it, but it's hard for me to tell if it's Eros that I'm feeling or other influences in my chart. I have Pisces on my 5th and Neptune conj my Sun/ trine my Moon. So that Pisces energy is already a big part of my nature, particularly my love nature.What makes me think I do in fact feel my Eros is its house placement. I have it in the 4th house. And without getting too detailed, during the best sex I feel like I'm falling into myself. And in that space, I meet my partner there too, already a part of me. So it feels very 4th house--falling to my core--and Piscean--meeting the world on a spiritual plane. It feels like this other level of existence and awareness. I suppose there are many ways to reach that state, but for me I can feel it most easily and intensely through sex. Not a bad way to get there.  Yogis can have their meditation, clergy can have their prayers. I'll take skin and emotion and fire. In the philosophical use of the term, eros is what we most desire. So I guess our Eros placement could tell us what we hope to experience through sex, and what the satisfaction of that craving feels like to us. IP: Logged |

Interesting, I can't relate to my late Libra Eros, but I do relate to the Eros Scorpio, which is conjunct my Venus Scorp, and DC. It sits at the very tail end of my 6th.IP: Logged |

jane - i also have Eros in Pisces in the 4th house, and i can identify exactly to how you described the feeling of it all. i also have Mars in Pisces but it's at a later degree and in my 5th house. ------------------

I have Eros in my 8th in Capricorn.I dont really need to have sex. Actually I think it's because I enjoy having sex with people for the first time but then it gets boring. Venus square Uranus? idk IP: Logged |

I have Eros in Sag, in the 11th or 12th depending on house systems.What I have read is I like playful, adventurous, bizarro,fun,spontaneous sexual endeavors for 11th house Eros. For 12th house..hidden sexuality or the need to feel loved. x.x Makes a minor aspect to Mars and trines Chiron, interesting. IP: Logged |

I have Eros in Aries conjunct my IC. Apparently that means Eros is at the core of my personality....maybe, maybe not.There is a certain type that I want in the most bizarre of ways. Like I want to bond with them, do lots of active things with them, and then have crazy sex with them at the same time....without romance involved. I think that's the aries and 4th house talking. I too have mars conjunct eros & I am feeling it. But it's taking me time to grow into confidence and my looks I must admit... Mine are in Aries in 12th house. ------------------

I think Eros is a deep longing, and may not be behavioral if it doesn't aspect personal planets. The rest of our chart gives us the tools we have to achieve our eros. So the way we behave in relationships may be reflected more by our Venus, etc. aspects, but I think the goal of that behavior is to feel eros.augentier -

I saw your message in linda's bday thread. I've missed you too! From your description, it sounds like your Sco Venus is trine my Eros Pisces. Perhaps your Venus can show my Eros how much it missed me... :wags eyebrows: Oh, & your Venus is probably cnj my Asc and Lust. We'd be fools not to take advantage of that goldmine! If you don't mind, I'd like to make you my official cyber girlfriend. (Venus in Cap, I like commitment.) About feeling your Sco Venus more than your Lib Eros...I think that relates to what I talked about above. Venus is a personal planet, while Eros is more a description of the erotic union we deeply desire. In Libra, I would think that you'd desire true love and an internal sense of balance and peace. Venus may better describe how you feel and act, but Eros, imo, is our underlying motive in love relationships. *bump*I was recently researching my natal chart, trying to figure out what the hell I've been doing in this lifetime and what it is I'm actually supposed to be doing, to see if I can get on the path I'm meant to be on, and I clued for the first time, that my south Node is conjunct Eros in the early degrees of my 8th house; opposite my Saturn. I'm wondering if anyone else has this aspect in their natal chart, am I as lost to the world as I think I am? I think I'm finally coming to the conclusion that this lifetime will be full of painful lessons circled around Saturn (who I love really even though I think he's a jerk) and my Eros South Node conjunction. am I doomed to be pulled into love relationships that follow the same painful pattern? I have Eros in Leo in the 3rd conjunct Mercury and sextile my Moon exact. I think I can see it's influence from the conjunction. Maybe it enhances my communication in a passionate way, especially since it's in Leo. So perhaps it makes me more creative/passionate verbally? From a sexual standpoint, I am turned on and attracted to good wordplay. Maybe this is just my Gem placements talking though haha. But I bet Eros conjuncting Mercury probably does play an aspect in it.IP: Logged |

My Eros is in a Sag stellium (including moon, Mars, Uranus which I think also have an effect) and it does describe how I like fun and games. Hmph. Best define fun and games. I like being playful, role playing, some gender bending at times (Uranus), and the like which fits into the Sag Eros (which is also 5H). And I was also very experimental and also able to separate sex from love (that doesn't mean that I therefore cheat, I think I'm more honest in that way than most people, but I'm open to alternative paradigms regarding love & sex, and I do get confused why "the one" is so important to others while downplaying the importance of friends, families, pets, and such which is bizarre to me). One result was I accepted an invite to join a sex club where I experimented in all sorts of crazy ways (though once my curiosity was satisfied I left and never returned). Even now I like to mix it up when I can, those who have the same fantasy over and over comes off as strange as someone who wants the same thing for lunch every single day. I had a BFF in childhood who was born just a few days later than me so she was born with a Scorpio sun instead of Libra (both of us on the cusp) and thus our charts were very similar (unfortunately I don't know her ASC), including most of our Sag stellium. She was extremely active sexually and traded up partners all the time, and didn't "do relationships." Perhaps my Libra influences (sun in stellium) are one of the contributing factors why I wasn't one of those to disregard romance as she did. Still, I just shrugged rather than condemned her as most other girls did (as she was upfront about it), and I was curious about what it was like for her (and satisfying curiosity I had somewhat vicariously through her).
