A friend of mine has his sun/neptune midpoint exactly conjunct pluto in scorpio in the sixth house. Does anyone have more info on this?

And what if his progressed sun is going to conjunct his Pluto? Is this a major rebirth or what?

I wouldn't say major rebirth, but that's because I don't know him or his chart but I'll give you some descriptions of the midpoint pictures you're describing.

Pluto=Sun/Neptune - Extreme sensitivity; use of the spiritual, psychic, or illusory as a force for persuasion; fateful deception.

Solar Arc Sun(same as progressed Sun)=Pluto - Illumination of power needs; the need to control; new perspectives confirmed in life.

These are all interpretations by astrologer Noel Tyl.

Thank you Geocosmic Valentine,

He has been in contact with a couple of entities(think its the neptune in eighth), and he is into the occult/mysticism. thats why i basically thought that, oh yeah, eighth and sixth house make contact(sextile)

Hi Bruce,

Also, it's very important that you check out what's going on with the houses that Neptune and Sun rule. Also, what house does Pluto rule. The issues of all of those houses will be affected in one way or another. Especially when Pluto and Sun are involved with a progression or solar arc, the issues will stand out prominently and powerfully.

Yeah GC,

I've already checked all that, and they do make contact, if progressive sun moves over natal pluto, it will sextile natal sun in 4th, sextile neptune in eighth and saturn in eighth( ruler of 8 is in 8 and ruler of 4th is in 4th). And I've checked the transits; when progressive sun is going to conjunct pluto, transit pluto will at the same time be trining natal moon. Then I checked progressive moon; at that time it will be in Leo, which is a fixed sign so not that all for change but it will be conjuncting natal jupiter in Leo aswell, so despite of progressive moon in leo it will still be a very big transformation i think.
O yeah, natal pluto is conjunct juno and Vertex.

Pluto sits on the cusp of 6th in scorpio
Neptune is in 8th ruling tenth
Sun is in 4th ruling 4th.
