Bob Mark has great interpretations for interceptions.

Basically, the influence of the intercepted sign will be there in your personality and how others see you, but it will either be hidden or simply expreesed in specific situations. Some people may mistakenly indentify you as that sign, for instance.

IF you have planets in intercepted signs, they express with more difficulty; like they're prisoners. and this will also affect the houses they rule.

Example. I have Asc at 26 Aqua - Aquarius is my Asc, Uranus chart ruler - BUT Pisces is intercepted in my 1st, as my 2nd hs starts at 16Ari.
the older I get, I become more aware of the Pisces inside of me Over the years, some people thought I was a Pisces. I wear electric colors as a true Aqua, and my cloths are a mess most of the time (ok, a mixture of things). But everytime and then, the PIsces comes out and I dress very girl-like, very Pis like. And all the vulnerability is right there, beneath the surface of the rebelious Aqua. Hope this helps

Looking at the first house, you have Sag and Cap in the first house. You have Uranus in Sag at 14 deg and Neptune in Cap at 1 deg. This means that your rising sign is Sag. As mentioned, you have only one rising sign, that is the degree which the first house starts at, which is about 10 degrees Sag for you.

The first house is to do with projection and self, the ascendant is the mask we wear. It is what people immediately see of you. When someone first meets you and doesn't know you well, you will project Sagittarian qualities to the person quite strongly. This will also however be projected to people that do know you but these people who know you well will also pick up the planetary energies as well (including ones not in the first house, see below), as well your descendant (for you Gemini qualities) and if they know you really well, your IC as well (for you Piscean qualities).

However, you will also display or carry a mask partially that of Capricorn because Capricorn falls in your first. Likewise for me, my ASC is 15 deg Aries but I have about 13 deg worth Tau as well in the first house. Initially people will see an Aries quality about me but will also pick up Taurean qualities.

The planets in the first house are energies in your chart that have a self-focus (as they are in the first). The signs that they are in will also determine the quality of the expression of these planets; so for Uranus, your planet will be Sag in quality and for Neptune, Cap in quality. These energies are also projected to the outer world when people meet you. Strongest would be Uranus over Neptune, because the closer it is to the ASC, the more obvious it would be in noticing unless for example a planet is in rulership and in the first (another story). So, for people who meet you, not only will they find you Sag and Cap in quality, they will also find you very Uranian (friendly, aloof, appear absent-minded, eccentric) but also Neptunian (compassionate, forgiving, fluid, without boundaries, hard to grasp) but with a Sag and Cap flavouring respectively, which means that you might display Aquarian and Piscean traits (which I have listed in the brackets).
