I have exited a heated argument as gracefully as I entered it. Often, I have always just walked away... but this time I stood my ground without completely obliterating them (Gemini Merc square Pisces Mars...) with anger... and I have to say despite feeling a little sad over losing someone... I'm glad that I stood up for myself. This is what I wrote: quote:

Also, Dan is there and while I have never explained my relationship with him to you, he does mean quite a lot to me. The life I could have lived in New York was of higher quality (a relationship, college, etc), and I realize now that moving to Korea to take time off and gather myself was a complete mistake. I don't belong here, and I need to move back before my window of opportunity is forever shut. I'm sending myself back to school and finishing my degree so I can become an English teacher. It's been my plan for a very long time. I'm not sure if you've ever known that.I am not aware of any time that I have ever said that I was much more intellectual or superior to you. If I have, I am sorry although, if anything, I've allowed you to act as if you're dominant over me for whatever reason you've had to treat me as such a subordinate to yourself. I really am quite tired of this conversation and it is a waste of my time considering you don't care, and to be quite frank I simply can't allow myself care as well anymore because I have much more serious issues to tackle. I just wanted to have my last word. Please remember everything our friendship had gone through and gain some wisdom as to why it is I don't want to be friends with you anymore. Also know that despite my disappointments with you that I do hope you figure out what you want to do with your life. You are intelligent and hold a lot of potential, but as I said... I hold a lot of disappointment in your behavior towards not only myself but to others... you just don't realize how hurtful your attitude and words are to others, (redacted). You have done very nice things for me, and I thank you. But that does not cover over the negative things you have done as well. This isn't about lack of humor or an inability to see other people's line of thinking. You really cross the line, and I don't think you'll ever realize that. I will remove that post about your age and illegality. Yes - it was a low blow... but only an equal retribution in the amount of hurt you've caused to me... Regardless... I still hope the best for you as always, and good luck with your endeavors.

Thank you  We're not going to be friends again. This Virgo and I have been going back and forth between strife and friendship for a long time now. I'm glad this is all over. It does sadden me... but I feel an overall sense of relief that this issue is now a closed chapter in this open book I call my life. Posterity. Also, just to share in case anyone wants to plagerize, lol. Also, it's a momentous occasion because for the past few years of being on here a lot of my posts have been about fights with my mom/bf's/ex-friends, etc. Maybe some may recall the Scorpio who blamed me for her suicide attempt. Quite the drama-filled life I've had in the past few years. But yesterday, for the first time since maybe I was a child, I was able to actually be diplomatic and not just run away from a fight OR completely lose my cool and yell at someone into tears.The stars are smiling at me right now. OK.Nothing really on the progressed chart.
I did look at 1st ruler Venus, but it has moved about 1 degree in all these years. Not the most reliable of charts. IP: Logged |

Indeed... I've never actually really understood why so many put a lot of importance into progressions although I do find the whole concept very interesting... I should probably be looking at transits more so...IP: Logged |
