I'd love to know her chart and why I'm so fascinated!! Anyone else like this about her? I think she's so pretty and very glamourous

Lalalove her! She's gorgeous and has major sex appeal, but is very elegant and classy. She appeals to me in the same way Gwen Stefani does. (Both libras)

Or maybe it's because my perception of beauty (libra asc and taurus venus)!

^ So? You say it as it's a bad thing.

She's a dull and opportunistic trophy wife though. I have seen her hoo-ha more time than I've seen mine for god's sake.

Nah, I can't stand pale. She looks like she hasn't seen sun light in decades. Maybe Manison kept her in his basement to long. Or, she is that vane girl who walks around with an umbrella on a sunny summer day.

I like a nice healthy tan (not the orange fake tan in a can, I hate that).

lol how is she a trophy wife? i didnt know who she was till this post, and googled her. i read she divorced manson without getting any moola after their divorce even with his cheating on her. this surprises me and doesnt make me think "trophy wife"...she doesnt look that pretty to be one anyway...well not my vision of a trophy wife anyway.

She was pretty much nothing special before Manson. Another non-mainstream stripper and porn model.

There's nothing wrong with paleness though. No skin damage and premature aging for us pale people

I don't mind the paleness, I'm pale myself.....red lippy looks great Although I do dabble with a little fake tan now and then if I fancy it.

Oooh a libra with a gemini moon, opposite to me gemini with a libra moon LOL.

So would a man with a libra ascendant find her extremely attractive then?

Unless you were born with tanned skin, tans are not healthy. They're a sign of skin damage.

It's a pity we can't live in a society where all skin colors: black, tan, pale and anything in between was seen as beautiful. This isn't an attack on you Carl. You like what you like and that's fine. I'm just commenting on society in general.

I walk around with umbrellas on summer days. Or if I'm going for a really long hike I wear spf 45 and a baseball cap.

I like the natural color of my skin and I'm glad other people like Dita like her skin enough to not feel as though she has darken herself to please other people. Just like I would hope that folks with dark skin wouldn't feel the need to lighten themselves.

That would be a shame.

Viva la pale girls!

I also don't see how she was a trophy wife. She was just as famous before her marriage to Manson. If anything, marrying Manson marred her reputation a bit.

I think she's lovely - a real throw back to retro burlesque before stripping turned into straight porn. I've seen LOTS of pictures of Dita, btw, and have never seen a 'hoohah' picture. Her pictures are usually tastefully erotic without showing EVERYTHING.

Dita was already an established BURLESQUE performer and pin up model (not a stripper or porn star) before she was married to Marilyn Manson. And when did elaborating on Dita and her beauty become a topic on skin color? Having a tan doesn't mean you have skin cancer or that you're orange. If people want a tan, or prefer their natural skin color- let em do what they want! It's all about being comfortable in your own skin, and that's why I admire Dita- she totally is.

I have a slight tan due to my half mexican heritage, but I also had a hideous racerback tan down my back so in order to even it out, I've been going tanning. In a bed, not spray tan. Tanning is a misconception, unless you spray tan daily over the course of a month, you will never be orange.

FYI - Tanning in a bed is arguably more dangerous for your skin than tanning naturally in the sun.

Either way - A tan is a sign of skin damage. A tan results from skin cells that have that have been damaged by UV radiation and therefore produce more pigment which can lead to premature aging of the skin and skin cancer.

If people want a tan and are aware of the risks then go for it.

I just hate it that if I wear a pair of shorts I have to deal with snide comments from strangers about how I should get a tan. So it irritates me when someone comments on someone else pale needing more color. I understand people have their preferences but they don't have to be rude about it or put down the natural color of someone's skin.
