maybe it's a yes but with difficulty getting there?

Mars is in his own sign and in the detriment of his significator Venus, but also in exaltation of his Sun.
I guess there is a definite strong physical attraction to him (Sun as his male animal side, as I once read), but there is something at odd. I used to think the detriment would signal dislike, but am not so sure anymore. Maybe it relates just to mixed feelings, doubts or difficulties?

Your other significator is in Libra in the sign of Venus. So emotionally you seem to be very much attracted to him.

His significator Venus is in Aries, ruled by Mars, your significator, so he would be very interested in you and probably also in a relationship with you.

Sun is in Taurus, which is in the detriment of Mars and in the exaltation of Moon.
So he seems to have mixed feelings, too.
On the one hand there are some difficulties, but on the other hand there seems to be much affection and physical attraction, when he is reacting to your emotional being (Moon as significator of emotions).

As far as I see it, and as Lara pointed out, there are no aspects between your significators.

Usually only the traditional rulers are accepted in horary, but if we allow modern rulers, then of course this Pluto-Venus-square is important.
I agree with Lara: it`s probably a no, or a Yes after overcoming many obstacles.

I read that the 4th in a horary can also signal endings.

Maybe Kismet is really seriously pondering, if t here can be a future for them?
Her mind, Saturn, is also retograde; it looks like she is having some serious thinking to do and is a bit hesitant and doubting.

I think it`s very interesting that HIS mind, Moon, is in his own 5th house, so I think it`s clear what HE wants.

Hmm, the horary doesn`t really look too rosy; with that separation aspect in the past, no further aspects, and your mind seeming to be stuck in his house of endings.

But then again, interpretations can be awfully wrong.
And you should listen to your gut instinct.

the 10th house is the 4th house for the quesited, so it is HIS house of endings, from his perspective.

Moon is at the same time your significator and it falls into the 11th house from your perspective.
Moon sometimes shows what the querent really, emotionally wants, and maybe in your case that is friendship?
Or at least there is the pondering about what this exactly is and what you want, friendship or love?
Mars and Venus are in 5th house though, so maybe you are really torn between those options.
Maybe you feel attracted to him and feel affection for him, but feel at the same time that it`s just not enough?
Like it`s "almost" marriage-worthy love but not quite.
