i'm confused!! okay so i think i get that it's the final aspect it makes before leaving the sign it's in, right? but is the aspect a matter of orb? 29 scorpio opposing 1 gemini vs. sextiling 3 aquarius, or would it be a trine to 6 aries? or do we go backwards and would it be the square to 26 aquarius?

If the moon in your horary is in 29 scorpio without any exact aspect then that is it.1 deg gemini or 3 deg aquarius dont count because they are the aspects forming after the moon changes position to the sign of sagittarius.moon in your horary chart is in the void of course,as far as I know this means the situation remains the same according to your question,nothings gonna change..Im no expert in horary though..

oh! i'm so confused. haha.. well no i just (hypothetically) put the moon at 29 cuz it's the last degree before it changes sign. so we have to stick to aspects within signs? a 29 scorpio moon wouldn't count as an opposition to 1 gemini but would count to 29 cancer, then?

yes, 29 cancer is ok.

The moon has to make an aspect that is applied (i think) before it changes signs.

Then of course the moon may be void of course

It hast to be in the same sign.

Trines can only happen between signs of the same element.
conjunctions only happen in the same sign etc.

That is a speciality of horary; out of signs aspects are ususally not counted.

So a Moon on 29 Scorpio would make:

conjunction to planets on 29 Scorpio

trine to planets on 29 Cancer or Scorpio

square to planets on 29 Aquarius or Leo

opposition to planets on 29 Taurus

But an opposition to 1 Gemini would not be counted, as it is an out of sign aspect.

oh, also, what is considered the FINAL aspect of the moon; the tightest orb? and do you know the orb that is used for aspects? under 3?
