It is a Leo moon and my 7th is Cancer with almost all of Leo in it. His moon is not conjunct my DC.

Hi Melody!Well even if his moon is not con your DC, its placement in your 7th is significant as well. Especially as your 7th intercept leo sign almost all of it as you say. I would describe this connection as a soulbased. You clearly need a leo energy in your relationships, and his moon in my opinion fullfils those leo needs . I guess a conjunction with the DC would be stronger i guess, but the placement of the luminaries in one's 7th creates a special and powerfull connection as well. I remeber that in cafeastrology moon in 7th is listed as a very strong compability indicator. I have my moon in this girl's 6th house in the same sign con her DC by a 3°29'. Its not a tight orb nor is my moon in her 7th, but the strong connection is still there and we feel it IP: Logged |

Moon in a partner's seventh house:When your Moon is in your romantic partner’s seventh house, you nurture his or her desire to experience a harmonious one on one relationship. Marriage and companionship means more to him or her as does cooperation and fairness. When your relationship partner’s Moon is in your seventh house, you may find yourself instinctively drawn toward your partner, willing to play a supportive role and be sensitive to his or her needs. http://www.skyviewzone.com/lovematch/moonsynastryhouse.htm

Metatron, thank you so much, I LOVE your screenname by the way! I noticed it immediately. I've also noticed the great contributions you've made throughout Lindaland and have enjoyed reading your thoughts! I really appreciate your comment about your moon being in a girl's 6th conjunct her DC and how you both feel the connection. He seems to know something is going on too but I sometimes second guess that so what you said is helpful. I love hearing true experiencing involving the energies.bluemoon, I have read that before but thank you very much for posting it because it was really helpful to read it again in the context of the new information I am receiving. The "supportive" role thing is eerily accurate as well. I am going to read it again! IP: Logged |

I just realized that it is explaining moon/FEELINGS he activates that are 7th house/Libra flavored. This means that he makes me "feel" more Libra. This is attractive to me because Linda Goodman says we are "becoming" our Sun Sign and having all the Capricorn energy is so alien to the Libra energy of mine. He helps me integrate those two energies by increasing the "feeling" of the "Libra/7th".IP: Logged |

Oh Mars, you know you're the only one for me... Actually, I've been obsessing about the same couple boys for quite a while now. I just rotate in misc "extras" to keep the plot interesting and to confuse the audience so they won't figure out how the story ends... Hey, I didn't write it, I just go according to script. I created a Gemini thread about this one many many moons ago (that I deleted most of to protect the innocent) and the Have You Ever Seen Someone's Eyes "Flash" thread was also about an experience with this boy. ♥

The flash thread was in Soul Unions... it is only the question and thoughts from others. I would actually like to read more replies on that question... I'll bump it up. No man can satisfy allll my needs... That's the beauty of you, Mars. I can be a total hussy and you'll just spank me and send me home. one of my other personalities : me thinks she has father issues So, back on topic... have you ever had your moon in someone's 7th? My ex-husband had Cancer rising come to think of it. We were drawn together the minute we saw each other. We were holding each other on the dance floor dancing thisclose a minute later and didn't let the evening end until morning though we did not share more than a tiny peck on the lips. hmmmm

Wow thank you Melody, you're really kind, and since i'm a Leo, your post sure made my day hehe. Its always nice to hear some compliments You know this case when a guy's moon is in connection with the girls 7th house or DC made me think a bit. Especially after what DD said in one of her post when she responded to my natal comparison with that girl of mine. You see this girl has DC in sagittarius, ihave my moon in sagi and my sun in 9th. That would give me enough sagi energy i guess . Although DD said i'm a good match for her she said she is never really sure hoe much MEN really LIVE their MOONS. That made me think you know. I always considered sun and the AC as the two most important personality shapers, but now i found out moon is actually just as important than the sun, more than the AC. The tricky part lies here... The moon represents our deepest emotions our deepest needs and desires, its the unconscious basis of our personality. We often react but we don't know why...its the moon reaction. I came to think that women are far more aware of their moons just as DD pointed. YOu are generally more in touch with your inner self, with your emotional self. How about us men??. I peronaly checked my Sagi moon and figured out that i live it out pretty much, but i have a uranus conjunction in sagi so i guess that makes the moon influence even more potent. YOu see when you said Melody, that this guy isn't sure what is going on in a way that he's confused...well probably cuz he feels somehing but is unable to define it to understand what this feeling is and why is it in his heart. I would definately say its his moon. He also seeks leo energy but more on a subconscious level, meaning he's not quite aware of it. However his moon recognizes that energy when it encounters it, this time in a form of you So i would dare to say that guys feel a lot, but are never quite sure what and that makes them confused and scared so in most times they run away. That cuz they don't know how to handle their moons Sorry for the errors in the post i was writing really fast lol. The point being Melody, its usually up to women to guide us men so we can recognize our own moon needs, and live them out, guess we're just to menly lool. IP: Logged |

Melody, thought of something else. You should check if his moon is aspected, especially if there are some hard aspects. That would give you more info how he expresses it. As said my moon has sagi energy, but quite a lot of aqua as well, cuz its conjunct uranus. Further its trine my sun, which is in 9th. I guess that gives me some more leo and sagi energy. I guess that for instance if moon is aspected with very different energies, which differ from the energy of its sign placement, it could happen that these energies overshadow eachother from time to time. For instance lets say someone has moon in capricorn, but its also tightly conjunct pluto. Thats scorpio and capricorn energy, and who knows how that would manifest itself hehehe . IP: Logged |

Yeah and BTW, inspite of the fact that i really like to post new ideas and thoughts lol, i'm still one big newbie in astrology. So take in consideration when you read what i write hehehehe, i could be sooo wrong lol. I'm more of an independent thinker(sagi moon ), but i don't have the astrological knowledge or experiance like the rest of you here. I've been studying astrology for lets see, only 4 months .Therefore i really appreciate it Melody, what you said about my contribution here and how you like to read my thoughts . Thank you, i hope i helped. IP: Logged |

Ok Metatron... I am thinking... thinking...his moon is sextile his sun (the sun = more Leo) and his Mars in Taurus I do know about many of the things you mentioned (women being more in tune with their moons as the moon is feminine etc) but the beauty of a fresh pair of eyes is how you bring to light things that I have overlooked or forgotten while focusing on other things. Well this sextile connections probably do influance his moon and he has some tauren and aries energy, but sextile in itself is not that strong. If there would be a few squares and lets say an opposition, that would be a party hehe. I guess his moon is mostly leo in energy especially because its also sextile his sun.IP: Logged |

Oh, they all call me MOm. It's the whole Saturn ruled thang. No escape, might as well get down with the sickness. I mean, might as well make the best of the situation. Thanks again, Metatron. I was thinking the same but didn't remember sextiles aren't as strong for a minute there so yes, that helps too. IP: Logged |
