Not sure about the correct translation regarding this subject, but this is what I mean by psychosomatic: the mind's effect on the body. It is presumed that there is a unbreakable mind-body relationship - our mind effects our body (for example: a girl who was raped develops an allergy to seed).

So, have you or do you know anyone who has experienced psychosomatic symptoms? Can this tendency be connected to astrology?

I've had psychosomatic symptoms a few times in my life (not the earlier example) and it has been skin problems and constant sneezing for example (and I can understand why). I've done every allergy test there is and everything has come out negative. And then suddenly (always after an important change for the better in my life) the symptoms disappears.

I'm starting to think that I don't know as much about my feelings that I thought I did.. or maybe I just THINK about what I'm feeling and not really FEEL it. Has anyone else experienced this... ever?

I can strongly relate

my emotions strongly affect my health and vice versa

My Moon in Pisces in 6th house square the opposition of retrograde Saturn in Gemini in 9th and Jupiter-Neptune in Sagittarius in 3rd

Thanks for your input guys! Hmm.. I have Neptune in my 7th house (Sagittarius) squaring Saturn (R) in 5th house (Virgo)... Neptune is trining my Moon in 9th (Capricorn). I have Jupiter (R) in 4th (Leo).
In my 6th house I only have Uranus (Scorpio), Pluto (Libra) and Vertex even though my 6th (and 12th) house is HUGE.

Not sure if I see any similarities.. any more ideas? I was thinking if it's my emotional Pisces soul that gets like a unconscious lid/seal/cover on everything because of my Capricorn Moon/Venus... :s

Another person here with some t-square involving 3rd/9th/6th houses. My Mars (3rd house) oppose Pluto (9th house) and square Jupiter (6th house), and I can feel how my mind conflicts/stress affects my health sometimes. >_<

Being an Aries with Virgo AC, my stress tends to affect my head and belly, so that I might have headaches or bellyaches. T_T

Lonake, interesting - I have Virgo at the 6th house cusp so that leads to Mercury as the ruler..

I just wanted to add that I've realized that I have better luck finding the answers to my unusual symptoms by looking them up in my dream interpretation book than going to a doctor...! interesting huh? Psychosomatic symptoms seems to be very symbolic, in a similar way as dreams. For example, the skin problems I had a few years ago would be explained in my dream book as issues regarding contact with other people (to make a long story short) - which sounds spot on to me during that time.
