Okay, so I'm trying to persuade this Leo Sun/Asc. with Scorpio moon to move to my town and go to the same University as I. I haven't been very explicit about it, but I'm not sure if I should let my guard down? I'm also a Leo Sun/Sag. Asc. with Pisces moon, so I have trouble expressing my true admiration for this person, and the same for him as well.

Anyhoo, Leos are pretty easy to persuade if they know you like them, right?

I'm slightly exaggerating the situation, he actually wants to go to school here, but I just want to make sure that I'm persuading him enough so that he won't change his mind. Of course I have plenty of time, but I want to have some tactics in mind in the art of persuading a Leo.

I agree with Amowls to appeal to his ego, it's worth a shot if you really want him. Don't hold back on the gooey admiration

And if he's fixed that just means he'd be set on his decision, not that he won't go. You don't know until you try, and I'm betting he won't keep you hanging for an answer, either.

Okay--he has to genuinely believe that it is HIS idea, and that he is chasing you, and that you are an incredible, amazing, hard-to-get prize that every other male in the world would die for, but you're with him because you recognize his greatness, even though you are incredibly picky and desired by all.

Also--with your free-wheelin' Sag and Pisces influence and his super-fixedness, you're going to have to somehow convince him that you are:
a) wildly exciting and desired by others YET ALSO
b) totally trustworthy and loyal to him.

That is a hard, hard balance--if a Leo feels like you are too "easy" (I don't mean sexually, a Leo will never look down on you for wanting to leap into bed with him--I mean status-wise), like you're instantly his and he doesn't have to chase or fight for you, he'll get bored and fall in love with some new Gemini or Libra...BUT, if he feels like you are at all rejecting or disloyal, his huge heart and huge ego will break.

This guy is gonna be conflicted within himself about his emotional life--his double Leo part wants happiness, romance, and FUN. His fifth house Saturn wants to sabotage the fun and romance, and his moody 4th house Scorpio moon (square his Sun) contributes to that too by making everything really HEAVY emotionally. AND the Venus in Cancer? Heavy, heavy, heavy, and in need of exactly the kind of security that depresses and bores his Leo Sun and Aries Mars.

MyVirgoMask, this is actually my problem, I have a hard time either being an all admiring Leo Sun or just plain detached like I really don't care if I don't see him for a while. I'm finally really noticing my Saturn/Uranus opposition to my natal Venus in Gemini in the 7th. The weirdest part is were very similar, and if I give any admiration I overwhelmingly get complemented, ETC... I think I maybe the more detached one between us.

Lucia, you are right on! This person really puts me off guard sometimes because he is either super enthusiastic and optimistic or overly self-deprecating to the point that I am sort of counseling him, in order to boost his ego a bit, but he does the same for me as well. The only thing that worries me about this person is that he is prone to excessiveness, but is sometimes really repulsed by his own excessiveness, I guess this may be his Saturn in the 5th, I noticed that his Saturn is actually stationary and not RX so the Saturn effect is super prominent, plus it contacts his Sun.
