Since forever I have had trouble assigning an element and mode to Chiron
I'm stuck so I use Chiron "traits" like bittersweet and/or an event that starts out hard but turns out good or for the best.

This conjunction happened in my second house conjunct my Chiron.

First incident was a long time customer recently passed and left myself and two other co-workers generous gifts in his will.
It was a surprise and my initial thoughts were that I didn't deserve it (2nd/self worth) and some guilt.
My thoughts went to the last time I saw him and how I almost scolded him for being out when he was so sick. I didn't, but I thought about it. That's the Chiron part.

The Neptune part is I work in a Casino specifically with alcohol. It is also his image of me which in reality is probably totally different from the person that I am.
For me Neptune brought to the surface a deep sadness for my customer. He was terribly lonely and I failed to notice this while he was alive.

Jupiter is his generosity (2nd house)
also my Ruler.

Second incident. My 16 year old Son will be leaving a year early. He will be relocating. This is a great opportunity for him and I know he will benefit.
This is the Chiron part, the final Educational moulding before adulthood.

My feeling sad about my little bird leaving the nest is Chiron in the 2nd but I know in the end it's for the best.
This Son's Saturn is here and he is on cloud nine.

Both incidents profoundly affect me.
Anyone Else? Something Bittersweet?
