I'm really fascinated by the Sabian Symbols and want to own a book on the subject. Help me choose one with your comments. Which one is the best book on the Sabian Symbols? Thanks already! The Sabian Symbols in Astrology: A Symbol Explained for Each Degree of the Zodiac by Marc Edmund Jones360 Degrees of Wisdom by Lynda Hill
I have both of those
the latter is the one that I like the best
because she explains the meanings of them in good detail and gives keywords for them too.
I recommend that book.

The ones mentioned are all excellent but my personal favorite is "The Complete Guide To Crystal Astrology: 360 crystals and sabian symbols for personal health, astrology and numerology" by Marina Costelloe. No collection would be complete without it.If you give me your Sun sign (including degree) I'll be happy to provide an example. IP: Logged |

I hadn't heard of the book you mention, I will definitely check it out -- I have Blain Bovee and Lynda Hill and I like them both.....

Dane Rudhyar's wisdom and Blain's lateral thinking are a great combination.
However, I have read neither of them fully, just snippets.
The Symbols have a Consciousness of their own, and their insight will come to you if you ponder on them.
No book will teach you the change in meaning when Mars is in 13-14 Aries or Asteroid KARMA in 13-14 Aries or The Sabian interpretation for Asteroid DNA conj Sun in 13-14 Sagittarius. That info will be downloaded into your Crown Chakra mysteriously by your Higher Self who has access to the Sabian Brotherhood's Collective.------------------
