I've been with this guy for almost 2 years but recently I'm feeling totally disillusioned with this relationship and am contemplating a breakup. is it just my restless moon or is our time together coming to an end...

Sorry I cannot help with your chart, but I have heard many times that 2 years is a big turning point in relationships.
The ones that are meant to progress usually do, and the ones that have outlived their 'due date' tend to taper off, change or end.
