Yeah that was a little confusing. In the drop-down menu for the different charts on astro, select the one that says "Harmonic chart (day -> number)" and in the date table below used for transits, type the number for the harmonic chart you want in the "Day" field (i.e. 5 for the 5th harmonic) and show the chart.IP: Logged |

Yup, that's how you do it. And then the conjunctions that show up should indicate the aspects that are quintiles in your natal.IP: Logged |

quintiles, biquintiles in the regular chart show up as conjunctions in the 5th harmonic chart.therefore, the conjunctions in your 5th harmonic chart indicate that you have quintiles and/or biquintiles in your regular chart. In mythology, Eris ignited discord that led to the Trojan War. “She causes strife by causing arguments among men, by making them think their opinions are right and everyone else’s is wrong,” Dr. Brown said. “It really is just perfect.” http://www.nytimes.com/2006/09/15/science/space/15xena.html?_r=1 IP: Logged |

Yes, I am sharing LeapingLemur's 5th harmonic confusion! I can't find a clear guide anywhere on how to actually interpret the harmonic charts, as in "Merc conjunct MC in your 5th harmonic means great creativity in communication."It is weird there isn't much on the internet about this. IP: Logged |

I am interested in finding out about this as well. The harmonic page on the Bob Marks Astrology site explains each of the harmonics and gives examples but it doesnt explain in detail interpreting your own. My 5th harmonic has a couple of grand trines, and I know that the conjunctions are supposed to represent the quintiles and biquintiles but aspect patterns like grand trines and t-squares should represent something. He talks about their significance in some of the examples too. Some of my harmonics have a number of them and I'd like more information on interpreting them. I just ordered a book "New Insights into Astrology: Sex Is a T-Square Number Symbolism Harmonics Aspects Asteroids Research" which is supposed to have some harmonics information in there, but I don't know how much and how informative it is.------------------ Leo with Scorpio Rising & Moon in Taurus.
