I see the potential to make money thru the internet this year, is that something youre pursuing? Maybe something different, where you have to communicate over the phone, or be a "salesman". Whatever you end up doing, money will have intense highs and lows, but mainly high.

Does the chart show any potential for moving to a different town or going to a different University?

I noticed Libra is on the cusp of the 9th house of higher education, does that mean university will have to due with partnerships more than usual?

Yes moving is indicated, maybe more than once, and possibly overseas. ruler of dc is in sag in the 11th, falling for a friend whos foreign to you is possible, also at university. pluto/1st points to big changes in your life, its also opposing dc, showing partnership with someone is likely to happen, and i wouldnt even say that alone but sun/venus are in the7th(venus conj DC), focus of the year is relationships and other people.
also dont walk around in dark alleys, and maybe have pepper spray on hand.

I noticed that he has a Sun-Moon conjunction in the 2nd house and his Venus is in the 12th house and conjunct the Asc.

And what is up with the North node conjunct the DSC. does this mean he will meet someone that he is more psychically in tuned with?

When I see your friend's SR, I see him meeting someone from a past life, particularly a lover...someone he has a strong, psychic connection with. It might be with someone older or someone he has a distinct differences with...there is difficulty with forming it, but it will be strong emotional reactions that come to light in regards to this meeting. This person might be met at work or thru a place where communications place a strong role(internet, university, etc). The focus of the year is emotions, family, and forming roots...ruler is conj Sun, something tells me they might inherit something, possibly thru relative.

Hmmm...very interesting... I think that person might be me, I'm not positive because I'm just going with the flow of things, but both solar returns have a focus on relationships and I'm guessing it is between us.

I have one more question, In the first solar return I posted, Capricorn ASC. with the ruler - Saturn is in the 8th house? Could it suggest maturity in self transformation or sexuality?
