umm i dont know where to start but latley i have been just all over the place emotionally and i dont know how to control it. i know that this isnt a place where you tell other people our problems but i need some assurance that immgoing to be or that i am not completly worthless. and i know this is an astrology form but i just need to know what in my transits could be making me feel like this. And this is not me looking or wanting attention believe me i dont want it. i just honestly dont want to feel like this anymore.

Dep,

tChiron on your Moon could be bringing some feelings to light that you haven't wanted to deal with prior to now -- this is your chance to heal yourself, and not re-bury your feelings even deeper.

Please remember that NO ONE is "worthless"

You're in school now?? Learn all you can while you have the opportunity -- going back to school later in life is harder and more expensive

Concentrate on what you do well. If you have a flair for something, nurture it and focus on it, until you are the best you can be at that activity. It helps to have a goal to work at -- anything, such as wanting to be able to run 3 miles in half an hour.

Helping others will almost always help you feel better about yourself and what's going on in your life. Volunteer -- there are so many opportunities, so much unsatisfied need out there. For instance, volunteer at a nursing home, teaching the elderly how to use a computer for email.

I hate this platitude, but it really is true: Hang in there, this will pass.

I am no expert, but just a fast look..

transit Saturn in your 2nd house - impact, restriction that can affect your values and possibly finances/possessions, and can make you feel lack of confidence or self-worth.

transit Saturn oppose your Mars, and transit Venus/Moon square your Mars - your actions/passions are restricted, affected, can make you feel that whatever you do doesn't go right I guess. With Venus/Moon square, they are just aggravating this feeling.

transit retrograde Neptune/Jupiter/Chiron in your 7th house, right on your Moon, and squares your Sun - emotional confusion that might be magnified, along with the pain? Probably affects your relationships with others. These transits planets being in retrograde motion can be worse. And squaring your Sun.. bad for ego and self-confidence.

transit Uranus in your 8th house - instability/renovation in the issues of the 8th house?

transit Pluto in your 5th - hmm not sure to interpret this..

transit Mercury/Sun in your 12th house - can make unconscious issues surface?

Yeah, you're not worthless! No one ever is.

Yes, that tNeptune, tChiron, tUranus conjunction that's hitting your Moon is a big one to deal with, as Zala said because above what she mentioned, you feelings are evrywhere and erratic due to Uranus being in the pic.

Oh geez Dep, i totally understand where you are coming from
I'm a headcase and emotional wreck at moment. Totally lost it and out of control, which is why i'm being quiet.
Light a candle and just say over and over into it's flame "I am whole in divine perfection. I hold this for all life."

I got it off the Solar Eclipse article.

zala sometimes its not easy to not bury your feelings cause sometimes it hurts too much you know. and even if you deal with it it doesnt mean you can ever forget it. it still remains with you for your whole life and you can never forget it.

Dep ~

A couple relatively inexpensive ways to help you feel better:

try that green tea
get fish oil caps and take them daily (every chemist and most grocery stores have them)
ginseng

Stay Happy by Eating the Right Foods

When most people hear the word "antidepressent" they think of drugs and medicine, but did you know that some foods are natural antidepressants? It's true. In fact, simply eating a healthy diet all around can help to cure a person's depression. I’ve never been a fan of prescription anti-depressants, so I love to share this kind of information with you. Not to mention, you can save a lot of money at the pharmacy buy incorporating foods that are natural antidepressants into your diet rather than spending money on pills and medication.

Water: As simple as may seem, water is one of the best natural antidepressants. Dehydration causes fatigue, which in turn, causes your body to not feel so great. People who don't feel well physically, have a tendency to not feel well mentally, as well. Drink at least one ounce of water per pound of body weight daily to help yourself feel less depressed.

Spinach: Spinach is a very good source of folic acid, which is very important for maintaining proper physical and mental health. A lack of folic acid causes the body to not produce enough serotonin. There's a reason Popeye ate this stuff. Spinach is a great natural antidepressant.

Oranges: Oranges and other citrus fruits are packed with vitamin C which is needed for your body to produce dopamine. It will also keep your red blood cell count high.

Red Peppers: Another excellent source of vitamin C. Red peppers actually contain more vitamin C than citrus fruit.

Wheat Bread: Whole wheat is another food that can act as a natural antidepressant. It's loaded with complex carbohydrates that will help your body produce healthy amounts of serotonin. Try making a sandwich on whole wheat bread with spinach and red peppers, and then wash it down with a big glass of water and some orange juice, and you just got a dose of all five of these natural antidepressants in one meal.

I know, Dep
Awful things happen to everyone in life – what’s important is what you take away from the painful lesson. The funny thing is, you bury painful emotions because you think it will hurt more to keep them out and examine them. Yet, in the long run, forcibly sealing over a festering wound just makes it worse. The wound needs to be exposed to the air, so that the body’s (and mind’s) natural healing processes can work. No one is saying that you should *forget* about painful events – and it’s true, some people never do. But from my experience, painful events recede in memory – even though at the time they happened, I thought I would *NEVER* forget the awful things that happened to me. But I read a lot, I wrote a lot (kept a journal), and I finally healed from my bad experiences, and you will too.

Neptune/Jupiter/Chiron on your Moon sounds like a lot to take at one time! half a year ago i also went through a hard time and everyone's kind words here encouraged me to go on bravely. now i stand where i am, and i can tell you, it's over now. it'll be over for you too. i know very well this feeling of worthlessness. but it's not true. each of us are very special, including you.

I don't know what degree your Moon is, but Chronos will streak on by, relatively speaking, and will only rx back to 27 Virgo, so you'll probably only get one hit (??).....
tUranus is only a few minutes from its 2nd conj with my nMoon, and in September, tSaturn will oppose them both **sigh**

Lara ~

Hope you're feeling better soon -- is there anything we can help with??

Dep ~

It would be best for you to not post the link to your chart above, as you did (although it will expire within 24 hours anyway). Anyone can get into your astro.com account and change data in the link you put up. Either click on the chart image, which pulls up a new window without your list of peoples' charts, or save and upload to a free webhosting service.
