what do you think of this? in my relocation chart, Saturn is conjunct the ASC in the 12th house. it sounds a bit heavy and dark.

it took me 2 years to finally completely move to this city, more or less. i lived here twice before, but things were wobbly a bit and i was going in and out. i'm finally starting to "settle" this time.

so far i have been encumbered to kick start on anything... all my projects have been reluctant to take off (or flying super low) due to different circumstances. i would like to make this place my "base", in that sense i feel comfortable seeing my Stellium falling onto the 4th house, and perhaps NN in the 2nd house is not so bad either... the relationship does not look fabulous but the 7th house ruler is conjunct Venus, so it not bad either, i think.

it's hard for me to get the overall picture of it. could anyone clarify the general outlook for me please? especially, if anyone have an experience or insight into this Saturn, i appreciate it. thank youuuu!

Hey there lechien...

That problem of not having enough momentum to kick start things could also be due to that Mars in 12th. I don't like it, personally. It can make you a little passive to live in this place, maybe it stifles your desire to fight for what you want, making you comfortable to just let things go if they don't work out first off?

I see Jupiter in 11th. That's good. Use your friends and the organizations they belong to in order to get support for whatever projects you're involved in. There might be some philanthropic friends who could be patrons to the arts. Yeah, I like this one.

The moon in 8th, which makes that lovely grand trine with Mars and Venus/Neptune is a great way that you can do some creative work, but I wonder if it it can be a home based type of creative expression that is signified here. Hmmm... I would have to think about that. But, that 4th house of yours has placements that are ruled by Jupiter... so again... I am getting that you should look to finding patrons of the arts to support you. These placements seem to touch the altruistic natures from others.

Unmoved, that's a good thing about creativity for me! i am currently starting to build a portfolio so that i can start sending it out to publishers in town. maybe maybe that is a good thing to do then! i noticed the Jupiter too, it's a nice place to have it. especially because my Natal chart ruler is Jupiter...!

THAT feels spot on... i get too comfortable and end up just let things be. but i'm a rather restless person and it really irritates me, that i am behaving like this. it's really becoming a problem and i don't even know how to get it off of me, it's like putting all its weight on my shoulders and i can't move.

you see the natal chart is a basis no matter how many times you relocate and where you go you can never get rid of your natal chart - I have found out solar arc directions work with the natal not relocation angles!

I was wondering where your relocation ASC falls ... because people (including me) who moved and whose relocation ASC fell in the natal 12th house lived like hermits and had very few friends there so mind this.

Saturn on ASC in Virgo will make you a lot more serious, responsible and collected and ASC will fall in your natal 9th, yes, very good for studying! You will meet lots of new people and I think it will broaden your horizons because 9th house rules expansion and opportunities.

ok, so overall, if i balance the "passive" tendency, i do have a pretty good chance to meet opportunities then, i understand. it does not have to be the "dream" place that's favourable for everything (where is that?). as long as, for instance, things like your "no social life" placement isn't there, that is a good base... thank you, i think i will focus exactly on what you guys have suggested me. creativity, social life and opportunities, education, it's really what i wanted to focus on. that is a great encouragement.

oh one more thing, speaking of relocation ASC on natal... i also notice that the relocation MC falls in the 6th house. could it mean that i may have the chance to merge the mundane and creative work together?

you mean the houses in the relocation chart can also be read like the Solar Return chart, where the houses fall onto the natal, they bring up the focus in the area of natal houses in the relocation house manner? (am i making sense?)

and the fact that Saturn is on the 12th house side does not bring a more negative aspect to the seriousness?

oh that's cool, Peri, i've never taken a serious look at a relocation chart before this myself. i think you hinted at a very good point!

maybe someone else more knowledgeable with relocation charts? or even, someone who has (or know someone with) Saturn conjunct ASC in the 12th natally, too, your experience?
