How accurate have you found Magi astrology to be? (I am in one of my softer moods again)

Oh and I just noticed, the day I am going to London and will see a certain Mr Law on stage, there is in the sky:

a triple conjunction of Jupiter, chiron and Neptune, which trines Venus, so this makes following linkages:

Jupiter - Chiron
Jupiter - Neptune
Jupiter - Venus
Chiron - Neptune
Chiron - Venus
Neptune - Venus

Of course, bloody Transit Saturn has to be quinkunx my natal Chiron on 20 Aries! DRAT!

It`s a superb day, but not for me? For me it is just like hell?

EDIT:
In the Helio sky there will be:

Transit Venus conjunct my natal Chiron (it will be exact during these days)

Transit Saturn also quinkunx natal Chiron, BUT it will be separating and I read that separating transits aren`t counted in Magi? (hoping, hoping)

Transit Sun trine my Pluto

Transit Venus quinkunx my Mars

Transit Mars quinkunx my Neptune and Pluto

Transit Saturn and Uranus making a T-square with my Eart - CRAP

Transit Neptune trine Earth

Transit Chiron trine Earth
(Chiron and Neptune are conjunct in helio, too)

Transit Jupiter contra natal Chiron
Transit Uranus latitude natal Chiron
- funny Jude and me have the same thing in the CAC

Transit Vesta latitude natal Chiron

Transit Juno contra natal Venus

Transit Jupiter contra natal Uranus

and some others

DD i ran into someone on a sat inconj chiron day and though that meeting was not the beginning of a torrid love affair it was the beginning of a chain reaction still going on today. there was a lot of other amazing stuff happening that day, too.

i guess i'm trying to say it will probably not be a horrible day for you! it may not be a "cinderalla day" but that conjunction is sextile your sun and sq your asc, am i right? so whatever doesn't transpire may be making room for something better...

just a guess and i have to say i find the magi interesting but not much borne out by evidence...wouldn't set too much store by a lot of their advice!

The T chiron/saturn and the T-Square look a bit yucky but most of the rest looks pretty positive and nice

I would say don't even look at transits as they will just annoy you - go with the flow and enjoy your trip !!

When are you leaving?

lara,

Actually, when I had a look at transits I noticed that I will be having quite some so-called Cinderella transits, and also nasty Saturn ones.

Anyway I don`t want to worry so much.
I am leaving on monday; the exact day when the triple conjunction of Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune starts being valid (according to that Magi Helena on her website ).

Katatonic,

I never know how to interprete Saturn, Chiron and inconjuncts, espcially not together.

WAs it a good experience for you?

couldn't find this thread for awhile!

DD sorry, just checked and saturn was NOT incon chiron that day! don't know why that stuck in my mind...

but the magi are VERY STRICT about orbs, how far is it separating?

i don't set much store by them anyway. forgeddaboudit! like lara says...i recall them discussing marilyn and joe dimaggio, they certainly divorced after a short time, but they were lifelong loves if not lovers...not exactly heartbreak hotel if you ask me!

how long are you in london for?

Well, I was sitting first row, the theatre is smaller than my livingroom or so. lol
Not exactly, yet it was not even a metre to stage, and he was doing all his monologues and the death scene exactly before me. And of course he was taking his bows before me, too. And the spotlight wasn't very bright during the play, it was all very naturalistic, partly pretty dark or in halflight, audience as well as stage.

Don't know, never mind. Forget about it.
But the thing is I can feel it if someone sees me.
You know thre are times someone looks at you and you know he doesn,t see you. But when someone looks at you and sees you, there is a strange feeling, a spark, I don't know almost like a connection for a fractal of a second.

It felt like that. Even though I must admit most of the time it were empty looks, professional, unseeing you know?
I know tyhem also from some musical actors, but at some points, including the bows, it changed.

Okay, now someone will come and accuse me of being highly Neptunian./
I admit it.

So let's just not talk about it anymore, silly me.

i didn't mean to imply you were being silly! just wondering what you meant. sounds like you should have gone backstage to say hi afterwards. actors appreciate that, you know. though i suspect you are on the shy side. neptunian if you like. with my pisces moon and neptune on SN i can identify, for sure!

and speaking as a former board treader, performers tend to look for people in the audience to connect with. it gives their job more meaning [and don't assume that means the connection was random! with the connections between your charts...anything could be possible] ...so how is the rest of the trip treating you? where are you staying? and what was the play? i seem to have missed that info if you mentioned it. sounds like...hamlet? maybe i did notice that before!

did i tell you my ex husband looked just like JL when he was that age? though there was no JL round in those days, and most people thought he looked more like clint eastwood...but the funny/eerie thing is that jude played alfie (after michael caine) and NOW my ex looks like michael caine!!

but once again, i digress, don't mind me!

you and i share a lot of arthurian asteroids as i recall...will you visit somerset/glastonbury at all while you're there? only an hour and a half on the train...

I,m gglad you see it this way. BTW the english keyboard is making me crazy. They exchanged the z and y.

Anyway, well I knew he had a meeting afterwards with some fans from the imdb board (I was sneaking around there).
How I read it now, was that he first cancelled that meeting, but then it happened a bit belated nevertheless, and what I read on the board is, that he was kind and friendly and that he especially mentioned the warmth of the audience and the connection and that it helped his performance a lot. So what you said makes very much sense then. I always suspected this, but wasn't sure.

What acting or singing did you do? And why did you stop?

Eery about your husband though. Funny, my Dad once made a test on celebrity heritage, and he is said to resemble Clint Eastwood the most, which I do not see.

I won't go to Avalon, I mean Glastonbury this time around. I originally wanted to but thought it was too far, instead I was at Canterbury yesterday.

Why?

Well, some years ago I had a dream of a huge huge cathedral. I was inside that cathedral and suddenly I would hear and see a fighting scene. The "military mob" was intruding into that cathedral, capturing a man and killing him there right on the spot.
I was there in the present in that dream, and that killing/scene took place on another level, like a memory almost.

And then in the dream when I came back to the present, I looked onto the ground and there was a big sun engraved into the ground.
And there was a writing in foreign letters, but I cold not read it.

I was obsessed with that dream for a while. Anyway at one time I had the strong feeling it might have been Canterbury.

So I went there yesterday. Well, it is true, a man has been killed in the cathedral, Thomas Beckett.
But i was there searching for the sun, not really believing it was there, but anyway I asked a member of the staff about the sun really thinking she would think I was being crazy.
But she thought a bit and then said I should look for the Compass Rose.
So I went looking, but couldn't find it. Then some interesting things inwardly happened, like the priest there starting saying the prayer in English, calling us to speak with him in our native language. And I spoke it in English and I had never heard this prayer in English before!
And when he had ended, I found myself before the compass rose, engraved on the ground before me, and it looks indeed like a sun. And there is something in Greek written around it. The translation is> THE TRUTH WILL MAKE YOU FREE

There were some other things happening that day, but I felt very spiritual all at once.

that's quite a story. connects with one of my main "periods" in history! may take awhile to integrate, or do you have an idea what it meant for you? i have quite a few power spots in england, leeds castle in kent is one. avalon country another. also cornwall (tintagel area). and london felt like home the minute i got there...

i was an actress as a child, and a musician most of my life. i never did any professional acting, but my dad did - and was also a musician - so i grew up surrounded by performers! as a musician (guitar player, rock/sort of) i remembered that making contact with actual members of the audience helps ground you and give purpose to what you're doing. after all you are up there trying to communicate something, it's not all about showing off!! and the lights are seldom so bright that the house is just a dark space. the audience are a HUGE part of what you do and the energy is palpable in any given "house".

why did i stop? i was burnt out, then got pregnant. i was fed up with the politics of the music business...i was in a band who were really pushed to "make it", witnessed a lot of nasty manipulation and backstabbing. as a pregnant woman and mother of a young child i didn't want that energy around me, so i very determinedly made myself invisible to the "scenesters". only a few of my friends from that period continued in my life, the ones who didn't care what i "did" but connected with me on a soul level.

i sometimes wonder why i didn't go back, but i am planning on living to 150 so i still have quite a lot of time!

It's interesting to have the view on a performer on this.
I suspected it would be like this, but you know, you can never be sure.

London definitely is a power spot to me. Actually arriving on here it was a bit too vibrational and energetic. For the first hour I just wanted to stand somewhere, cover my ears and scream.
Too much of energy I guess.
It took some time to adjust and really let it flow through me and even make some use of it.
I guess I am pretty sensitive to noises and crowds and also all these different people and everyone has their own "aura/ energetic field". I can't read minds, but I am very sensitive to something in the energy of a person, so much that sometimes I can even feel a shadow of that energy if people are not around, and I will turn around, cause I could swear they are there.

With this personality trait of mine London was a little bit overwhelming actually. But I got used to it.

Regarding your band, it reminds me of what my brother tells me. he usually leaves a band, if the members get too ambitious. But as it is as of now they are in talks with two record labels, and there is even a tour planned to Canada.
Which he told us casually.
Well, he is realistic enough and doesn't really think it's going to happen, but it's not what he is making music for.
He just likes to play.

Okay, I know this has NOTHING to do with astrology.
Hmm, it turned out yesterday, that I couldn't force myself in these seats again, and I was sure I wouldn't get to see Jude again. But the manager of the theatre allowed me to stand at the back wall of the royal circle. Okay, 3 hours of standing didn't please my feet.
but I was just happy, that I could see it, even though it was strange, being the only one standing there, just beneath the light that showed the fire exit, the only slightly bright spot in the audience.

How did it come astrologically that I was that lucky?
Well, not just lucky, I had to confess my problem, and so had to ask for help in a way, which is something I usually don't do. Anyway the staff was more than helpful and friendly.

and at that time it occured Transiting Moon was exactly conjunct my True Node and Neptune, (having just passed Jude's ASC - I wonder if he was feeling somehow emotional< it had passed my ASC, too, and I definitely was feeling VERY emotional. But am not sure if the reasons were purely astrological ).

So, for once in my life I got to taste a typical Sagittarian's luck.

hey, good for your brother! what frustrated me was that the record company tampered with our recordings, played mindgames with members of the band - the singer actually quit because of this! - and basically broke us up! all because we didn't make the top 10 on our first mainstream release...

i hope he can continue to be able to play. many do. if i hadn't gotten pregnant right at the end of that band i would've started another for sure...but with my mars in cancer it became all about nurturing for awhile there!

here's to sag luck!! which i believe is nothing of the sort, especially saggies like you connected directly to GC! call it inspiration...

WEll, what you wrote about the record label, my brother has told me,t oo. Some of his friends had to learn this lesson.
Anyway, that is the reason they are in talks with two record labels, and one of the father's is a lawyer, who will have a look at the contract, if there will be any, which I still doubt a little bit. But I wish him much luck, of course.

Speaking of luck or inspiration - I don't know if I was inspired. just inspired to ask for help, or was that not inspired, but rather quite pitifully desperate?
Jeez, I had no idea before, how much it meant to me seeing him another time.
I was really surprised about myself.

well i have learned that contracts are only as good as the intentions of the people who sign them...by which i mean that in the record business as i know it the BAND will have to be strong amongst themselves and not let the games get in between them. does that make sense? many have survived the process and many have not...those who have not fell because they started to distrust each other more than anything the suits did!
i wish your brother all the best in that. and if worst comes to worst there is always another way to tackle it, or band to work with...life goes on!

so how WAS hamlet?

My brother knows about that. Actually, in this respect he is far wiser than I am, even though he is a lot younger.

Hamlet?

Oh please do not get me started, fact is I want to see it again and again, so I can memorize every line, every movement, evrey gesture, every face, everything.
And I am not just talkinga out Hamlet himself.

I mean Jude really shone, but the others were amazing, too.
I was, no I AM so impressed, actually on the first evening I felt so exhausted, emotionally, as I connected so strongly to these emotions< I was feeling like *I* had been the one giving all my energy. lol
Don't know, I have been energized after performances before, but this emotional exhaustion and yet mixed with a strange kind of, well, satisfaction, evn thugh it is not the right expression probably.

It was just WOW, completely floored and stunned I am, and still trying to process all the things.
And now and then a line will come back into my mind.

Example. When I was strolling through the garden of the nuns in Canterbury, I would suddenly hear Hamlet scream> "Get thee to a nunnery!"

I nearly broke down with laughter, aftre all I was pretty close to one. lol

That is actually the most amazing thing. All this dramatic, tragedy, intensity, on the one hand, and on the other hand I can't recall having laughed so much for a long time.
It was funny. Especially Polonius (who is supposed to be funny I guess) and Hamlet.
Jude was so hilarious. His sarcasm, his irony, the dryness with which he delivered the lines.

The strange thing is that i had read it, and even though I definitely had spotted the wit in it, and it made me smile, reading it, at certain points, Jude or the director had found the comedy in it, without ever becoming silly, you know?

It will be hard for him to top that. He was perfect in it. Period.

yes, now i think of it hamlet is perfect for a capricorn, with their wry humour found in the most dire circumstances...sounds like the trip was well worth it. you will probably be integrating it for awhile...

i saw richard burton play hamlet in a smallish theatre in new york in the early 60's. he was amazing too! it was a very "modern" version, no costumes or makeup, just the bare bones of the play and the actors gifts, which were many.

Interesting, it seems that it was a similiar production.
They were really sparse with make up and costumes here, too. Pretty modern clothes. And the scenery was just a grey wall in the background, and a bench in the scene between Gertrude and Hamlet. What a scene!
